As soon as you enter, you are welcomed by a light-flooded, open-plan living area, which offers a wonderful view of the outdoor area through large window fronts. High-quality furniture, tasteful decor, and a well-thought-out room layout create an atmosphere in which you will feel at home from the very first moment. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers everything you need for shared cooking evenings – from modern appliances to practical extras such as a Nespresso machine and extensive kitchen accessories. Directly adjacent, the dining area invites you to enjoy meals in a convivial atmosphere. Entertainment and comfort are provided, among other things, by a large television and high-speed Wi-Fi. The villa features three spacious bedrooms, two of which are equipped with comfortable king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed. Particularly noteworthy are the bathrooms as well as the master suite with walk-in closet, bathtub, and direct access to the pool area – ideal for relaxing mornings or quiet evenings. The highlight of the accommodation is the lovingly designed outdoor area: a heated saltwater pool invites you to swim and relax all year round, while comfortable sun loungers and a covered terrace offer perfect conditions for restful hours under the Florida sun. The barbecue area makes cozy BBQ evenings possible, and with available beach equipment such as chairs and a cooler, you are well prepared for excursions. Directly by the water you will also find comfortable seating options to enjoy a sundowner.

The extensive amenities are also practical for everyday life: air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, garage, as well as a dedicated workspace ensure that you lack nothing—whether you want to spend a relaxing vacation or combine work and leisure.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

Cape Coral has its own small beach with a Yacht Club. The most famous ones, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. In the area you will find many shopping opportunities. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The water park Sun Splash is located in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is situated right between the dreamlike islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island.
