Villa Incredible is located in the popular Southwest area on a canal with golf access.
A high quality implementation in construction and equipment awaits you. The living space is approximately 230 sqm and includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious living area.

Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the pool offer plenty of space. Furthermore, there is a sheep room with en-suite bathroom in the house. All bedrooms are equipped with a king size bed.
For music and movie fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (WLAN speaker). This allows you to listen to your favourite radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device throughout the entire house. The TV in the living room is also equipped with Apple TV, so you can also watch German programmes. There is an iPad in the house, which you can use to control the pool or music.
The well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to extensive cooking events. Nespresso machine available (please bring your own capsules).
In the pool area, pool loungers with towels and an outdoor shower are available to guests. There is also a BBQ grill in the outdoor area, where you can enjoy great barbecue evenings.
The salt water pool is electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed no more irritated eyes. Also provided are beach towels, umbrellas, large coolers, beach chairs and beach toys for trips to Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach or Captiva.
For our guests at CoralVilla, individual information folders have been created by each house, which will provide you with helpful tips such as shopping markets, outlets, restaurants, places of interest and much more.
Boat rental is recommended!!! No boat licence is required in Florida and the boat you rent from us is moored directly at your own boat dock, e.g. to access the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. You will find the boats to choose from directly under the location map after the description. You can then select the boat you want directly in the booking.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted in the outdoor area.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
