The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and occupies the entire first floor of the villa. Guests have private access to the pool, while the ground-floor apartment is not rented to other guests and the owner does not live at the property.
The apartment has three bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV and air conditioning, along with three en-suite bathrooms. It is fully air-conditioned and features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. A balcony with a seating area is accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms.
For indoor entertainment, guests can enjoy table football in the living area, darts and a Wii console.
