Description
The villa is a modern villa in Pula near the sea with a private pool. The villa can accommodate up to 16 people in 8 bedrooms. There are two private pools and sun loungers in the garden. So take advantage of this and swim to refresh yourself during the day and then relax on the sun loungers. Soak up the sun for the perfect tan with a cold drink in hand. In each villa, there is a living area, dining area and kitchen that extend across the open and airy ground floor. In addition, each also has a beautiful bathroom on the same level. Both villas have four bedrooms on the first floor, each with en-suite bathrooms and a spacious terrace. Outside, there is a garden that runs around the villa. Two pools are located on opposite sides of the property and each has its own terrace. There you can refresh yourself and swim in the pool to cool off on hot summer days. Afterwards, head to the sun loungers to bask in the sun and enjoy a cold drink. You have two barbecues at your disposal to prepare fantastic grilled dishes and demonstrate your masterchef skills to your friends and family. Afterwards, you can dine in the outdoor dining area. Your children can play carefree in the fully fenced garden and there is a playground at the back, shaded for most of the day. The villa is located on the outskirts of Pula, the largest city in Istria. So if you want, there are many things to discover in the city: Old landmarks, wonderful restaurants or beautiful beaches.

The double building is located in Stinjan/Fazana in a quiet and beautiful area.
Fazana is a popular holiday destination with many beaches, restaurants, beach bars and the evening beach promenade.
The popular Brijuni island can be reached by boat from the nearby harbour (departure every 15 minutes).
The first beach Puntizela- Hidrobaza fine pebble is 1,5km away.
Restaurant 1km, grocery shop 1km, centre 2km.

Beatiful Villa
We had a wonderful 2 week holiday with friends and family. The house was beautiful and clear and the salt water pools were lovely.. We met with the owner during our stay who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed .
I would advise that it is essential to hire a car, although there is a fantastic bakery only 1.5km walk away and a restaurant just over 1km walk - there is a lovely coastal walk to the local town but it is approx 5km..
We would absolutely recommend these villas for a peaceful, relaxing and tranquil holiday.
