The spacious and modern house is an ideal place where many people can be together on holiday. On 150 m² it offers enough space for up to 13 adults + 2 small children, also for privacy. The ground floor is at ground level and barrier-free, making this house ideal for senior citizens as well as families with small children.
On the ground floor, the large eat-in kitchen with access to the terrace forms the central meeting place. Cooking together, sitting in front of the fireplace and chatting or playing together at the large table - everything is possible. There is also a bathroom and two bedrooms on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find 4 further bedrooms and a second bathroom. WLAN and 2x SAT-TV provide digital entertainment. The in-house sauna and fireplace ensure cosy wellness evenings.
From the upper floor you can enjoy a fantastic view of the fields and the Baltic Sea.
In front of the house, a large south-facing terrace and lawn invite you to relax and play. A hedge protects the entire property. There is ample free parking right next to the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The natural and peaceful surroundings are ideal for hiking and long cycle tours. In 5 minutes by bike or 20 minutes on foot, you can reach the family-friendly beach on the Baltic Sea salt marsh. As the water here is very shallow, it offers children the ideal bathing depth and pleasant water temperatures. The Salzhaff is a water sports area. It is great fun to watch the kiters and surfers perform their breathtaking stunts. You can also become a board hero yourself and take a course at the local kite and surf school. There is also a playground and bistro right on the beach.
The Hanseatic city of Wismar, the island of Poel and the Baltic seaside resorts of Rerik and Kühlungsborn are within easy reach by car. Popular excursion destinations include the historic old town and harbour in Wismar, the Wonnemar leisure and adventure pool and the lighthouse in Bastorf. A visit to Rostock Zoo and Schwerin Castle are also highly recommended. On the island of Poel, which can be reached by car via a causeway in approx. 15 minutes, you will find great beaches, a centre with a harbour, fish smokehouse and small shops for a stroll.
