The newly built villa in Premantura is not far from the beaches and offers you everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The outdoor area with private pool is completely fenced and guarantees you privacy and tranquillity with the scent of pine trees. The interior of the villa is modern and refreshing. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living area with a kitchen and a dining room, from which you have access to the terrace and the pool. On the first floor there are two bathrooms and two comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms. This villa in Premantura is the perfect choice for couples or families with children, and your four-legged pet can also enjoy a holiday here!
The property is 250 metres from the beach and 450 metres from the centre. The nearest grocery shop is 200 metres from the holiday property. The surrounding restaurant is 300 metres away.
