This beautiful and modern villa is located in the beautiful holiday resort of Prematura, close to the beach. The interior design of the house is new, modern and comfortable. The villa has three bedrooms on two floors, the property is very suitable for families. The property also offers a well kept garden with private pool - enjoy the hot summer days here.
The distance from the property to the beach is 300 meters and the distance to the centre is 450 meters. The nearest grocery shop is 200 metres from the property. In 300 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

Perfect size

Very relaxed stay in mid-September in a house of perfect size, minimally furnished, but you have everything you need :) The host was always reachable. Well-maintained accommodation, the pool was totally clean and was also cleaned several times during the stay.
