This villa in Premantura is an ideal choice for families with children, as you are close to the beautiful beaches of the Cape Kamenjak Nature Park and restaurants and shops are only a few minutes' walk away. The interior of this villa is decorated in light colours and furnished with colourful furniture. On the ground floor there is the living room and kitchen and one bedroom, while the other three bedrooms are on the ground floor with their own balconies. It's the perfect choice for athletes, as there's a private Crossfit gym for you to use, so you can stay in shape while on holiday. All you have to do is relax - the owner will take care of the rest - a transfer from the airport and a private chef can be arranged on request! Hurry up and book your holiday as soon as possible and experience the charm of southern Istria! The pool heating can be booked on request until one week before arrival, it can be used until 01.06. and from 10.09., this costs 200 Euro per week.
The distance to the beach is 500 metres and to the centre 200 metres. The nearest grocery shop is 200 metres from the holiday property. The surrounding restaurant can be reached in 150 metres.
