Situated on a spacious 5000 m² farm, the property offers a peaceful, rural environment while being an ideal base for outdoor activities. The farm is only 50 m from the apartment, where you can experience the charm of dairy farming and poultry, with the opportunity to buy fresh farm products directly. Free parking is available on-site.

The apartment is very modern and new. There is plenty of space and it is really nicely furnished. The view is also great. The hosts are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Great apartment, everything very new, high-quality, and tastefully furnished. The landlady is super nice and can give important tips. She responds immediately, and I can only recommend this accommodation to everyone. We really enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful family vacation in the Zillertal! We had a great time as a family of 4 in this apartment. The apartment was super nice, very clean, and furnished with great attention to detail. Everything was available that you need for a relaxing vacation – from the fully equipped kitchen to cozy beds. We particularly liked the quiet location and the beautiful view. The hosts were also very warm and helpful – one felt welcome from the very beginning. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and would be happy to return!

It was a very nice experience overall! The kitchen was well-stocked, and we cooked delicious meals. The proximity to the ski lifts was a huge plus.
