Our house is located 3 km from Mayrhofen. Year-round skiing in the Tuxertal at the Zillertal Glacier, 28 km from the house.
The completely NEWLY renovated Superior Apartment Zillertal with terrace is located on the ground floor of the house.
Modern, fully equipped living kitchen with granite countertop, Bora cooktop, Nespresso Pro capsule machine (initial supply), oven, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, spacious bedroom with folding TV, walk-in closet in modern Tyrolean style, with a fantastic view of our mountains.

Our Superior Apartment Penken and Studio Apartment Ahorn offer space for up to 8 people. The flats are located door to door on the same floor and are ideal for 2 families who also want to enjoy some time alone. We are a young host family, 3rd generation, who inherited the tradition of renting and hospitality from our parents and grandparents. In summer 2018, we decided to adapt our flats to the latest standards with modern and luxurious equipment.
