We spent eight wonderful days with nine adults and two children on this great farm in Austria. The house was modern, stylish, and very cozy. With eight spacious rooms and the large common room, we had enough space for everyone. We were particularly impressed by the very well-equipped kitchen, where nothing was missing. The landlords were incredibly nice and warm-hearted. Verena was particularly attentive, fulfilled every wish, and made our stay something very special. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back!

We spent two wonderful weeks with the whole family - 7 adults + 4 children - at Moiklerhof. The holiday home is great. Everything is very modern, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was by far the best-equipped kitchen we have ever had. Outside, there were many play options for the children, and there was more toys available. Each room has its own bathroom and access to the balcony with a great view of the mountains. The hosts live in separate apartments within the house. Only the children of the Steiner family share the stairwell with us guests, which leads to the rooms. The living room/kitchen is separated with its own additional entrance. However, this does not disturb at all, as you hardly cross paths in the house. The hosts Verena and Markus are very warm and always had good advice for excursions ready. If there were problems (for example, we had... a dripping connection in a shower), was responded to immediately. We can highly recommend the stay at Moiklerhof. We were in this holiday home from June 13 to June 20, 2026, with 16 people and had a very nice week. The house offers everything one needs for a stay with a large group: excellent hiking opportunities in the vicinity, a very well-equipped kitchen with numerous appliances, dishes, and everything needed, modern and comfortable rooms, each with its own bathroom, a very nice, friendly, and helpful landlady, as well as an equally friendly landlord. We felt very comfortable and can wholeheartedly recommend the holiday home for larger groups.

This accommodation puts everything I have booked so far in the shade. The apartment, the furnishings, the location, the whole environment. Every room has its own bathroom of the highest standard, the mattresses are perfect, towels in sufficient quantity. The common room is large enough for 18 adults, with 2 large refrigerators including freezer drawers, a dishwasher, a large coffee machine, glasses and dishes in sufficient quantity, a larger side room with ski heating (also well suited for wet bicycle shoes), a separate toilet, quiet rooms, and an infrared cabin. Everything is well maintained and furnished with a lot of love. The owners live right there and are always available with passion when needed, providing helpful tips. There are plenty of parking spaces and a secure storage area with charging options for bikes. All in all, a perfectly rounded experience. Absolutely recommendable!!!!

A mega house for groups consisting mainly of couples or small families. Equipment, location, quality, kitchen, lounge, the entire house is even nicer than described. The landlords in the middle don't bother at all (and don't let themselves be disturbed either ;-)). The rooms are spacious and modern, the bathrooms are super classy, everything is very homely.

The kitchen is great for cooking more than just pasta. The fridges are definitely not too tight. The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired.

The Moiklerhof is perfect for large groups - each of the cozy rooms has its own bathroom, and the spacious common room offers enough space for everyone. The ski bus is only 5 minutes away, which makes for comfortable days on the slopes in winter. After skiing, we enjoyed relaxing together in the warm house and admiring the view of the snowy landscape. The facilities left nothing to be desired and you immediately felt welcome. Conclusion: A dream place for sociable winter days full of comfort and beautiful memories!

The kitchen is also well equipped, even a bread slicer, several casserole dishes and thermos flasks are available.
A highlight (not only for our children) was always getting milk from host Markus in the evening, right across the street in the barn, which is sooooo clean that not only the cows and calves feel comfortable there :-). The huge garden is also an absolute dream: a lush green meadow with apple and pear trees and plenty of space to play (table tennis -> table and rackets are available; the trampoline was a real highlight for our children). And of course plenty of pasture space for the cows.
The area around the Moiklerhof also offers many opportunities for the whole family in summer: hiking (there is always an idyllic waterfall nearby!); Mountain biking (rental is not far away; bicycles you have brought with you can be stored in a lockable place, also with a charging option for e-bikes); summer tobogganing; take one of the many mountain railways to one of the numerous mountain lakes and enjoy the beautiful panorama of the Zillertal mountain landscape. Also worth mentioning is the Zillertalbahn train station, which is just a few minutes' walk away. Thank you again, dear Steiner family! You were (are) so wonderfully relaxed. The owners often just walk in and get angry at the children (in German, while the children do not speak German). And the son of the family turns out to live in the same house, so he walks through the living room. It says that he is in the same stairwell, but not that he has to walk through the kitchen and the house where we are all sitting. It feels uncomfortable that people keep walking in while we have rented the whole house.

The accommodation is very nice. All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms. Very large lounge for evenings together and meals. We were all thrilled and would definitely book the accommodation again without any restrictions. The owners are very helpful and friendly.

Our family (8 adults, 3 children) was once again able to spend a wonderful holiday at the Moiklerhof. Thank you very much, dear Steiner family! We felt “very comfortable” with you! The holiday home was furnished by host Verena with great attention to detail. Each room has its own, modern bathroom - pure luxury in a holiday home!! The kitchen is also well equipped, even a bread slicer, several casserole dishes and thermos flasks are available.
A highlight (not only for our children) was always getting milk from host Markus in the evening, right across the street in the barn, which is sooooo clean that not only the cows and calves feel comfortable there :-). The huge garden is also an absolute dream: a lush green meadow with apple and pear trees and plenty of space to play (table tennis -> table and rackets are available; the trampoline was a real highlight for our children). And of course plenty of pasture space for the cows.
The area around the Moiklerhof also offers many opportunities for the whole family in summer: hiking (there is always an idyllic waterfall nearby!); Mountain biking (rental is not far away; bicycles you have brought with you can be stored in a lockable place, also with a charging option for e-bikes); summer tobogganing; take one of the many mountain railways to one of the numerous mountain lakes and enjoy the beautiful panorama of the Zillertal mountain landscape. Also worth mentioning is the Zillertalbahn train station, which is just a few minutes' walk away. Thank you again, dear Steiner family! You were (are) so wonderfully relaxed. A mega house for groups consisting mainly of couples or small families. Equipment, location, quality, kitchen, lounge, the entire house is even nicer than described. The landlords in the middle don't bother at all (and don't let themselves be disturbed either ;-)). The rooms are spacious and modern, the bathrooms are super classy, everything is very homely.

The kitchen is great for cooking more than just pasta. The fridges are definitely not too tight. The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired.

Spacious and well-equipped, Moiklerhof fulfilled all our needs. The children loved playing in the garden, and the adults enjoyed the barbecue area. The location was ideal for skiing, and the surrounding restaurants served delicious food. Overall, a great place for a winter vacation!

The Moiklerhof is perfect for large groups – each of the cozy rooms has its own bathroom, and the spacious common room offers enough space for everyone. The ski bus is only 5 minutes away, making for comfortable days on the slopes in winter. After skiing, we enjoyed relaxing together in the warm house and admiring the view of the snowy landscape. The amenities left nothing to be desired, and we felt welcome right away. Conclusion: A dream location for sociable winter days full of comfort and beautiful memories!
