Description
Literature on Lake Constance with maps and city plans, games for young and old, several books and DVDs are available.
The holiday apartment is characterized by a separate, fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired: dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, water/egg boiler, microwave . . . A bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony, a bedroom with a large bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 m - also suitable for adults), furnished. Bathroom with shower tub, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, separate toilet, elevator, parking at the house. A locked bicycle room is also at your disposal. A playground is nearby.
A special highlight is the fantastic view from the balcony, perfect for enjoying the quiet evening hours and the uniquely beautiful sunsets - e.g. invites you to enjoy a delicious glass of Lake Constance wine.
Additionally, the apartment is a non-smoking apartment, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate.

The family-friendly holiday resort is located between Meersburg and Friedrichshafen, roughly in the middle of Lake Constance, so from this central starting point you can easily reach all the attractive excursion destinations in the Lake Constance region (including Austria and Switzerland). Whether heading west or east, into the hinterland or across the lake, on foot or by bicycle, by car, ship, or bus … possibly. can be combined with the ferry connections between Meersburg and Konstanz or Friedrichshafen and Romanshorn – everything is easily possible from our location.

From the west, you can travel via the A 81 Stuttgart - Singen to Hegau junction, then via the A 98 to Stockach-Ost (end of the motorway), from Stockach the B 31 leads you towards Lindau via Meersburg - Immenstaad.
From the east, you can travel via the A 96 Ulm - Memmingen - Lindau
- exit Sigmarszell onto the B 31 towards Friedrichshafen - Immenstaad. In the town, from Friedrichshafener Straße towards Kippenhausen until the sharp left turn, but straight ahead towards Spiegelberg, turn right before the bridge, after the playground turn right again into Tobelweg/Hasenweg.
Or from Friedrichshafener Straße via Mühlgarten into Tobelweg.
By train to Friedrichshafen, then by bus 7395 to Immenstaad.

Great apartment with a dream view
Dear Sauer family, what a wonderful apartment, it lacks nothing! We have never had anything like this. And the view from the balcony is simply breathtaking. We really enjoyed this week and went on a great trip every day. Lake Constance and the region are simply fantastic. The tourist card was brilliant. We used it every day. Also, many thanks to Mr. König, he welcomed us warmly and explained everything to us. We will definitely come back. Best regards, the Müller family.

Arrive and feel at home! Great apartment with a dreamy lake view!
Arriving and feeling at home, that's how we felt in your great apartment right from our first stay. The view of the lake is simply dreamy! We spent a beautiful and relaxing week here. Despite the mixed weather, we were able to gather many impressions of Immenstaad and the surrounding area on bike tours, small hikes, and by boat. We will definitely come back! Best regards!

Wellness vacation, great location, incredibly beautiful, simply dreamy!
Dear Sauer Family, thank you very much for having us as your guests. We felt very comfortable. It was beautiful in your apartment; we lacked nothing. The view of the mountains and the lake is incredibly beautiful, simply breathtaking. We also found it fascinating that the Zeppelin flew so close to the apartment. Super apartment with great views!
We have been coming to your holiday apartment for many years and feel at home here every time. A very nice holiday apartment that leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with everything one needs, including extensive travel literature, recommendations for activities, restaurants, etc. The apartment is very lovingly furnished. We definitely lacked nothing here, we felt very comfortable again and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view with the wonderful alpine panorama is simply breathtaking every time. The weather has also been very good to us. We fondly remember the beautiful trips and the long walks around Lake Constance. We will definitely come back! Lake Constance is always worth a visit.
