The 2.5 room apartment is suitable for 4 people. The spacious living and dining room is furnished with a comfortable settee and dining table, as well as a double fold-away bed. The large, east-facing balcony, which promises pleasant shade on hot days, is furnished with a dining table and offers a great view of the lake and the marina. Separate, well-equipped kitchen. The Residenza "Monte Carlo" is centrally located at the beginning of Brissago, directly on the lake with a view of the Brissago marina. Shopping facilities, bus stop and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. Picturesque Ascona and the neighboring border town of Cannobio, where the famous Mercato takes place on Sundays, are only a few kilometers away. The Ticino valleys of Valle Maggia, Valle Verzasca and Centovalli are also easy to reach by car from here.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Tolle Lage, sehr gute Organisation und sehr freundliche Kontakte, wenn diese benötigt werden. Wir werden diese Wohnung wieder mieten, einfach super.

Die gepflegte Wohnanlage liegt in sehr schöner Lage, direkt am See. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung die mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet ist. In der Kuche alles vorhanden was man braucht und perfekt sauber. Die Aussicht auf den Hafen und denn See ist ein Traum.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet. Lage direkt am See. PP vorhanden. Strassenlärm stört, da die Strasse sehr befahren wird, dies morgens und abends.
