The sunny 1.5 room apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-kept residence directly on Lake Maggiore. Quietly situated it has a great view of the Mediterranean garden and the lake. The apartment is particularly suitable for a relaxing holiday for two. The living room with its harmonious wooden floor has a wide window front and is equipped with a double bed, a dining table with four chairs and a sofa which can be converted into a comfortable bed if required. A large wardrobe, chest of drawers and flat screen TV complete the offer. Enjoy warm evenings on the furnished, covered balcony with fascinating atmospheric pictures. The indoor swimming pool and sauna can also be used. There is also a parking space in the underground car park.

Location and surroundings of object
The Residenza "San Remo" is centrally located at the beginning of Brissago, directly at the lake. The lakeside promenade and the town centre are just a few minutes' walk away, where you will find shopping facilities, a bus stop and restaurants. Brissago can be easily reached by bus from Locarno and by boat during the season. The picturesque Ascona, Locarno and the neighbouring border town Cannobio, where the famous Mercato takes place on Sunday, are only a few kilometres away. The Valle Maggia, Valle Verzasca and Centovalli valleys of Ticino can also be easily reached by car.

The apartment is indeed small, but very well furnished. Everything you need is there, from a shoehorn to a lint roller, absolutely everything. Apart from a few details, everything was fine and the view was enchanting.

Very nice holiday home with everything you need for a feel-good holiday. The opportunity to jump directly into the magnificent Lake Maggiore from the holiday home after strenuous hikes or hot days is a rewarding goal.

We really liked it, great location, beautiful garden and fantastic view. We also appreciated that it had a big TV and sound system. Everything was also available in the kitchen. However, the pillows and mattresses were a bit too soft.

The flat is located directly on the beautiful lake promenade of Brissago and super well equipped with everything you need for a nice and relaxing stay and more (e.g. a whole drawer full of candles and a kitchen scale). We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.
