The 2.5 room Attica apartment is suitable for 4 persons. Entrance area with wardrobe and wall mirror. The spacious living and dining room is equipped with a comfortable set of seats and a dining table, as well as a pull-out sofa bed and air conditioning. The large, east-facing balcony, which promises pleasant shade on hot days but turns into a winter garden on cool or windy days, is equipped with a dining table and a gas grill and offers a great view of the lake and marina. Separate, well equipped kitchen. One bedroom with two single beds, TV and direct access to the balcony. Bathroom with tub and toilet. A reserved parking space in the underground garage is available.

The Residenza "Monte Carlo" is centrally located at the beginning of Brissago, directly on the lake with a view of the Brissago marina. Shopping facilities, bus stop and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The picturesque Ascona and the neighbouring border town Cannobio, where the famous Mercato takes place on Sunday, are only a few kilometres away. The Valle Maggia, the Valle Verzasca or the Centovalli in Ticino can also be easily reached by car from here.
