This villa stands for pure comfort and vacation enjoyment. As soon as you enter, you are welcomed by warm colors and an inviting view of the pool and the water.
The wooden floors give the house a beautiful atmosphere. The spacious living and dining area invites you to linger, and you can spend cozy movie nights on the couch. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals together with family and friends. A foosball table provides fun and entertainment!
The villa has two separate sleeping areas on each side, ideal for several families as well. This way, everyone has their own area.
In total, there are four bedrooms: two with king-size beds, one with a queen-size bed, and one with a queen-size and a single bed; as well as three bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with a flatscreen TV. On the covered terrace there is a beautiful large dining table as well as a gas grill. In the cozy lounge area with TV and on the sun loungers you can relax and enjoy the Florida sun. The large pool can be electrically heated and guarantees fun and swimming enjoyment!
In addition to the good house amenities, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach accessories for your excursions in the garage. In addition, two kayaks are available for you to explore the waterways of Cape Coral.
In the house you will find an individual information folder with numerous tips for excursions, supermarkets, outlets, restaurants, sights, and much more.
A boat rental is recommended! ! ! In Florida, a boating license is not required to, for example, visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. The boats to choose from can be found directly on our website. . In the booking, you can then directly select the boat you want.

About 30 minutes from Fort Myers Airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World and Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The best-known beaches, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 min. The Sun Splash water park is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
