Description

This beautiful holiday home impresses with its great view of the bay of Cala Llombards and cosy furnishings. The house is located in a quiet street almost at the end of a cul-de-sac and has approx. 120 square metres of living space and 2 large terraces. It has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and air conditioning, a guest WC, open-plan kitchen/dining area and spacious living room with satellite TV and W-LAN, also air-conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 gas hobs, microwave, electric oven and fridge-freezer.
The living-kitchen-dining area leads onto a large covered outdoor terrace with a lovely dining area and cosy sitting area. There is a lovely pool with 6 sun loungers, ample sun protection and a charcoal barbecue. The highlight is the beautiful roof terrace where you can enjoy a sundowner in the evening with a view of the bay.

Cala Llombards is a coastal village located near the beautiful town of Santanyi. It has one of the most beautiful natural beach bays on the island, just 2 minutes from the house. The dream bay S`Almonia can also be reached in 5 minutes by car. Between Cala Llombards and Cala D'Or you will find the most and most beautiful bays in the south-east of the island, ideal for beach lovers, families, nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts. The village has a small supermarket that is open daily in season (including Sundays). There is also a nice bar for small snacks and a restaurant serving tapas specialities, barbecues and a la carte meals.

Great house in a quiet location

The communication and check-in went smoothly. When we entered the house, we had a small wow moment. The layout of the house and especially the terrace was great and exceeded our expectations. A nice clean pool, a large cozy terrace, and large good beds (for those who prefer hard mattresses). The cleanliness was good. Only the dishes were slightly greasy and dirty, but that could also be due to the previous tenants. The path to the beach Cala Llombards is steep but short, and other beaches are also quickly accessible. A car is still recommended. Overall, this is a great house and we can imagine booking there again.

Dreamlike

The Casa Vista Playa is located above Cala Llombards.
A small cozy place with a bar and a supermarket.
The footpath to the beach takes 3 minutes down, a bit longer back as it is quite steep uphill.
The house is air-conditioned and has 3 spacious bedrooms, all with bathroom and toilet.
The kitchen had everything we needed for our vacation.
Beautiful covered terrace with a view of the bay.
Mrs. Klee warmly welcomed us and fulfilled our special requests. Thank you again. We thoroughly enjoyed the 13 days all around.
