The house is located in a quiet street almost at the end of a cul-de-sac and has approx. 120 square metres of living space and 2 large terraces. It has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and air conditioning, a guest WC, open-plan kitchen/dining area and spacious living room with satellite TV and W-LAN, also air-conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 gas hobs, microwave, electric oven and fridge-freezer.
The living-kitchen-dining area leads onto a large covered outdoor terrace with a lovely dining area and cosy sitting area. There is a lovely pool with 6 sun loungers, ample sun protection and a charcoal barbecue. The highlight is the beautiful roof terrace where you can enjoy a sundowner in the evening with a view of the bay.

Cala Llombards is a coastal village located near the beautiful town of Santanyi. It has one of the most beautiful natural beach bays on the island, just 2 minutes from the house. The dream bay S`Almonia can also be reached in 5 minutes by car. Between Cala Llombards and Cala D'Or you will find the most and most beautiful bays in the south-east of the island, ideal for beach lovers, families, nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts. The village has a small supermarket that is open daily in season (including Sundays). There is also a nice bar for small snacks and a restaurant serving tapas specialities, barbecues and a la carte meals.
