Description

The house is situated on a large plot of approx. 800 square metres and is divided as follows: From the entrance area on the left you enter the cosy living room with wood-burning stove, air conditioning, fast W-LAN (fibre optic 300 Mb) and satellite TV flatscreen. The large kitchen opposite on the right-hand side is fully equipped and offers a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, etc. and a small cosy seating area for kitchen-lovers.
At the back of the house there is a bathroom and the 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds (can be pulled out or pushed together), the third with bunk beds. The bedrooms are each equipped with air conditioning, which can also be used for heating in winter. In the outdoor area there is a pool measuring approx. 3 x 7 metres and the second fully equipped bathroom, as well as a large outdoor shower and various attractive seating areas on the various terraces. There are also two parasols, a large outdoor barbecue with a cosy seating area and 4 sun loungers. On the spacious roof terrace there is also a cosy lounge group to enjoy the magnificent panoramic view and the sea view. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided by the owner. The house is rented all year round.

Location and surroundings of object

The approx. 90 square metre, quietly located chalet is situated in 2nd sea line very close to the cliffs in a cul-de-sac and offers a wonderful panoramic view from the roof terrace. Cala Llombards is a coastal village and is located near the beautiful small town of Santanyi. It has one of the most beautiful natural beach coves on the island, just a 10-minute walk from the house. The dream bay S`Almonia can also be reached in 5 minutes by car. The village has a small supermarket, which is open daily during the season (including Sundays). There is also a nice bar for small snacks, a restaurant and a beach bar.

Sofern Sie einen geeigneten Ersatzmieter stellen oder eine Weitervermietung durch uns zu gleichen Konditionen möglich ist, entfallen die Rücktrittskosten für den Zeitraum der Weitervermietung. Wir empfehlen Ihnen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung.
