Description
Enjoy your holiday in an officially authorised holiday home (ETV/7572) of the Balearic government! Our house is lovingly designed in Mallorcan style and offers a generous 150 square metres of living space on two levels as well as 60 square metres of terrace space for up to 6 people. It has three spacious bedrooms on the upper floor with generous built-in wardrobes and air conditioning.
The semi-open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and there are two bathrooms - one on the upper floor with a walk-in shower and another on the ground floor, also with a shower. The open-plan living/dining area is equipped with satellite TV and fast WLAN (fibre optic 300 Mb), and there is also a cosy reading room/office on the ground floor. Outside you will find various seating and sunbathing areas, a wonderful pool (7 x 3.5 m) with outdoor shower, a charcoal barbecue and phenomenal sea views from the roof terraces.
Use of the air conditioning is optional: €50 per stay is free. In addition, € 0.40 per Kw/h is charged with a separate meter.

Relax in Cala Llombards, a picturesque bay on Mallorca with turquoise-coloured water.
The house is located almost at the end of the village. The bar, supermarket and restaurant in the hostal are just a 10-minute walk away.
The bay is only a 2-minute walk from the house. There is also a beach bar on the beach.
