Description
Our cozy, detached cottage with about 150 square meters of living space stands on a 440 square meters secluded corner lot with ground floor, first floor and roof terrace.
After entering the house you are directly in the spacious and with many floor to ceiling windows equipped living / dining area with comfortable couch, armchairs and a dining table with 6 chairs. Here you will also find an LCD TV with satellite connection, radio, CD player with Bluetooth interface and Playstation.
The immediately left, fully equipped and fully equipped with all amenities kitchen (dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave with Dampfgarfunktion, stove with ceramic hob and oven, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle .....) with adjoining utility room ( Washing machine) offers you true cooking pleasure.
Also leaving from the living / dining room you will find 2 bedrooms, each with a modern m wide double bed with interspersed shower room.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a m wide double bed and ensuite bathroom with tub / shower and double vanity. Furthermore, you have access to the large roof terrace, which is equipped with lounge furniture and offers a wonderful view of the beautiful landscape or from which you can watch falling stars at night. The view extends to a range of hills on which is the monastery of San Salvador.
Outside is the beautiful 6 x 3 m pool with Roman steps and 2 underwater headlights, covered and open terrace area, 6 comfortable sun loungers with 2 large umbrellas, wooden tables and chairs, outdoor shower and large barbecue for charcoal.
Since the house has an oil central heating, it can be comfortably heated and inhabited also in the winter months (October - March) (for a fee EUR / day).

Location and surroundings of object
Cala Llombards is a small coastal town, which is not yet overrun by tourism, but mainly used by Mallorcans as a weekend home. Our house is located only 150 meters from the small bay of Cala Llombards with fine sand and crystal clear water and is accessible via the road or a staircase in no time. Nearby are the famous Es Trenc beach (about 20 minutes drive) and the Calo des Moro / Cala de s'Almunia (within walking distance). There are two small supermarkets (including fresh bread rolls) in the village, which are also open on Sundays and a Spanish bar with a small menu for tasty snacks. In about 5 km from Santanyi you will find everything for the daily needs of supermarkets, restaurants, doctors, etc. Also very interesting is the Wednesday and Saturday market in Santanyi.

"We have now been in this house for the third time and have always felt at home. Everything is clean and well maintained. It's only a few meters to the beach and there is a small shopping opportunity nearby. We can recommend it 100%."

Very nice house in beach location
We were in this house for the first time and were totally thrilled.
Everything as described, clean, tidy, well maintained and a very well equipped kitchen. The fans provided in the bedrooms made the nightly heat bearable.
Plenty of seating outside. We spent lovely evenings on the roof terrace.
Perfect location on Cala Llombards beach and when it was too crowded for us, we enjoyed the peace and quiet by the pool.
We will definitely come back again.

We have also been here for the second time...and that alone speaks for itself.
Great location, only a few minutes walk
to one of the most beautiful bays of Mallorca. Central location for trips to the southern part of the island (e.g. Es Trenc beach, the village of Santaniyi or Cala Figuera) by car or short walks in the surrounding area. The house looks exactly like the pictures and offers everything you need for a holiday, recently even a W-Lan connection. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is as clean as you would wish
Even the crowded beaches in high season (with children, of course, you travel in the school holidays...) and the permanently very hot weather this time (heat wave '22), which was difficult to "fight" with the fans provided, will not stop us from definitely coming again.

Super Haus und Lage-ganz tolle Vermieter
Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und die Vermieter sind super nett und auch Familie Schmitz die sich um den ganzen Ablauf kümmern und Ansprechpartner sind, sind wirklich super.
Die Lage ist ein Traum, direkt an der Bucht von Cala llombards und mit eigenem Pool was will man mehr!
Sind schon das vierte mal in dem Haus gewesen und würden es immer wieder buchen, haben es auch schon vielen Personen weiter empfohlen:) preis/Leistung stimmt hier zu 100%

Top Strandlage
Schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool, nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß zur Cala Llombards. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe, größere Geschäfte und Restaurants in Santanyi. Mietwagen empfohlen.
