Description
Discover our charming Tiny House not far from the picturesque Ammersee (15 minutes by car)! This cosy holiday home offers 27 square metres of living space for up to 2 adults and 2 children. It consists of a room with bedroom, living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is also a small base room with WC, washbasin and shower.
From the large, covered terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture you look out into the beautiful garden, which our guests can use communally. There is a parking space for your car, and if you have an electric car, you can charge it at the in-house wallbox (e-charging station) (normal electricity tariff).
In the cosy living area you will find a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. We are happy to provide a high chair for children. Bed linen and towels are provided by us.
The Tiny House is also suitable for long-term tenants. Smoking and animals are not allowed in the house, it is an allergy-friendly accommodation.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the centre of Geltendorf. Here you will find two bakers, two banks, a hairdresser, a flower shop, an egg house and a vending machine for meat and sausage products in the immediate vicinity. Right from the house you can go for walks through meadows and forests, swim in one of the numerous nearby lakes or explore the surroundings by bike on well-marked paths - we are happy to provide you with tour tips via Komoot. The "Alte Wirt" invites you to enjoy a delicious meal in its beautiful beer garden and restaurant. You will find a supermarket at the railway station (2km, bus connection) and other, larger ones on the outskirts of the village.
Geltendorf's train station has excellent connections to Munich, Augsburg, Ammersee, Landsberg am Lech and the Allgäu with its royal castles. We will be happy to help you plan your holiday and provide you with a travel guide to our region specially prepared for our guests.

Our family has lived in Geltendorf for 20 years. We love to roam through our beautiful region and discover new corners again and again. We are happy to share the best insider tips with our guests and have put together a little travel guide especially for you. We designed the Tiny House ourselves in 2021 and had it built by a regional carpentry firm. Since then, it has been the jewel in the crown of our 1,000 square metre garden.
