Description

The cottage reminds me a little of the "Gabriele Müntherhäuschen" in Murnau. About 100 m2 in size, it has a good old parlour, with oil stove and open kitchen.

Apart from the living room, there are 3 rooms in total, a beautiful terrace with a small garden adorned with various plants and fruit trees.

Charming cottage in the countryside

Ideal for families with smaller children but also for adults who want to use the location as a central starting point for ventures in the Upper Bavarian region, the Fünf Seen Land. Close to the Ammersee, Landsberg, Augsburg and Munich.

- Nearby there is a very nice petting zoo for children, with a beautiful large playground and pony farm.

- The Kaltenberg manor is also very close.

- Good starting point for cycling tours in the Bavarian countryside.

- If you want to take the S-Bahn to Munich, you can do so from Geltendorf, 7 km - 9 min away

- The old town of Landsberg am Lech is 12 km away in 15 min. It is also 15 min. to Lake Ammersee.

- Augsburg is a good half hour away, Munich three quarters of an hour.
