In the newly built area of Eching am Ammersee, in a "traffic-calmed area", the Cipa family rents out a 43 m², comfortably furnished holiday flat. The flat is located in the middle of a beautiful garden. A short walk will take you to the Ammersee or to the warm outdoor swimming pool in Greifenberg.
The holiday flat has a separate entrance on the north side of the house with parking space. In the living room you will find a comfortable couch corner with satellite TV, DVD player, VDSL and a landline telephone with flat rate and own telephone number. The fully equipped kitchenette is complemented by a dining area for four people.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, the children's room with staggered bunk beds. In the friendly bathroom with light-coloured tiles, you will find a washbasin, shower and WC.
The amenities include:
Bed linen/towels, baby cot and chair. In the basement you will find a laundry room for shared use with additional shower/WC, washing machine and ironing facilities and a fitness room as well as a linen cupboard with fresh bed linen/towels/tablecloths etc.
You can store your own bicycles in the garage.
The flat has its own terrace with electric awning, comfortable seating area and garden loungers. You are welcome to sunbathe and relax in the garden. Here you can pick fresh herbs for the kitchen or enjoy breakfast/afternoon coffee in the garden pavilion.
A children's playground with swings, a giant trampoline and a sandpit for the little ones is also available. Children's toys and a barbecue are in the freely accessible garden shed.
This holiday home in Eching am Ammersee is ideal for excursions to the Bavarian Fünfseenland, to Munich or to the royal castles in the Allgäu.

it is a 5-minute walk to the local REWE supermarket and the IHLE bakery. Approx. 10 minutes to the beach at the Ammersee.
