The holiday flat is a separate part of a semi-detached house, with large windows and is therefore
very bright. Own garden and terrace with table, chairs, relax loungers, rocking chair, charcoal grill.

The range of leisure activities here is very rich and there is certainly something for everyone
Since we live in a small village in the countryside, you can also start hiking or cycling directly from here and are immediately in nature, often with a wonderful view of the mountains. One of the most beautiful views towards the Ammersee and the mountains is only a few hundred metres away from us.
Whether small half-day excursions and hikes or full-day excursions, e.g. into the mountains, with extensive hikes, or action activities. The possibilities for holiday activities are very diverse and almost limitless.
Upon request, our holiday guests receive a small, self-prepared brochure with some suggestions for eventful excursions.
Here are just a few examples of the possibilities:
Hikes; bike tours; Ammersee = approx. 15 min. by bike;
5-lake tour (Ammersee, Wörthsee, Pilsensee, Starnberger See, Staffelsee) + lots of smaller lakes.
Climbing gardens; many bathing places and beer gardens 5-20 min. by bike (approx. 2-10 min. by car); boat trip with canoe or rubber dinghy on the Amper (approx. 900m away) through the Amper gorge or from the Ammersee through the Ampermoos (with many bathing possibilities) to Schöngeising possible
Windsurfing; kitesurfing; (catamaran) sailing; steamboat trips, or boat hire (rowing boats, pedal boats, electric boats; sailing boats) on the Ammersee.
White-water kayak tours on the Ammer or Lech; alternatively also Isar (raft trips)
Excursion into the mountains (approx. 1 hour drive by car)
Allgäu-Tour >> beautiful lakes and some summer toboggan runs; Skyline Park near Bad Wörishofen; paragliding; castles, monasteries (e.g. Andechs monastery with very good beer and Bavarian food > a must !!)
All kinds of sightseeing flights at Jesenwang airfield (approx. 7 km); aerobatics can also be booked for the brave.
Swimming pools, indoor pools, saunas .... and much more.
