The villa is new in our portfolio. New pictures and virtual tours will follow shortly.

The living room is generously designed and offers enough space. Adjacent is the open-plan and fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules). For music and film fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (WLAN speaker). This allows you to listen to your favourite radio stations at home, films with surround sound or your own playlist via your mobile device throughout the entire house. The TV in the living room is also equipped with streaming services.

All three bedrooms are equipped with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms offer private pool access.

The pool area offers everything your heart desires. From a large pool with jacuzzi, pool loungers, another dining area to a BBQ grill. The pool can be heated electrically and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. Basically, it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed no more irritated eyes.

Besides the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cool box and beach utensils for your excursions in the garage.

With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
We would also like to emphasise the prime location of Villa Melody. Within walking distance is Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations/pavilions and a beautiful playground. Cape Harbour, the modern and beautifully designed marina with several restaurants, an ice cream parlour, live music in the evenings and much more is also nearby. Always worth a visit! The supermarket (Publix) and several restaurants are also within walking distance.

Non-smoking villa - smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Location and surroundings of object

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hr. south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
