We (2 adults) stayed for 3 weeks in the house of the Pautsch family in January. It was our first trip to America, and Mr. and Mrs. Pautsch were very helpful to us when we had questions. Even during our stay, they quickly answered any current questions regarding the house or the area. Such support is not a given, for which we would like to thank them once again sincerely. The spacious house with plenty of room has everything you need for a longer stay to feel comfortable. Super comfortable beds, plenty of pillows to choose from, comforters, and warm blankets. We had a few cool days, but with the air conditioning that can also heat and whose operation is easy to understand, the house quickly became warm. In the kitchen, everything you need for cooking is available, undamaged and of good quality. On the spacious terrace, there is a large gas grill.
The pool is very large with enough space around for loungers.
We were very pleased with the German TV with live programs from public broadcasters and their media libraries, as well as streaming apps that could be used with their own access.
The bathrooms are very clean and well-maintained, and there are enough towels. The description of the technical facilities, the shopping options, doctors, and restaurants in the area was very extensive. The house is very quiet, and the neighbors, of whom there are not many, are far away. In about 10 minutes by car, you can reach the nearest supermarket and restaurants. As is common everywhere in America, a car is needed for all activities. In the nearby area, there is a small Manatee Park, the Caloosahatchee Nature Park with circular trails, the Babcock Ranch with restaurants, farmers market, open-air music, a golf course also for non-members, ample parking, as well as a great safari bus tour through the wilderness. For us, it was a very nice vacation in the house of the Pautsch family.

Wonderful family vacation

We spent our family vacation at Villa Sunset and were thrilled.
The house is modern and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is a dream. Nothing was missing. Each of the three bedrooms had its own bathroom.
On the great terrace with private pool and whirlpool, you can spend many nice hours (with a beautiful view of the lake included). There is also a gas grill for barbecuing.
In addition, the residential complex offers a large communal pool, several tennis courts, basketball hoops, and a fitness center.
The various supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car. The beaches are 25-30 minutes away.
All in all, we spent a wonderful vacation in a great house. Everything went smoothly from booking to departure.
We would vacation there again at any time.
