Everything's great.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sunset in Fort Myers. This was already our second visit, which we booked through Mrs. Niedermair. Her service is simply first class - individual, reliable and she is always available. We can only recommend her services and definitely give her five stars!

The Villa Sunset is excellently equipped and offers everything you need for daily use and a day at the beach. It is located in a protected residential area, and the fitness room is located in the main building of the complex. There are plenty of shopping opportunities and outlet stores nearby.

In Downtown Fort Myers, you can spend wonderful evenings. There are countless bars and restaurants that offer something for every taste. If you want to explore the Everglades, they are easily accessible by car. You only need a manageable amount of driving time for a trip to Miami.

We had also planned a 2-day trip to the Keys. For those who want to visit the southernmost point of the USA and like to party in the evenings, a trip to Key West is an absolute must. The Duval Street is the southernmost party mile in the USA.

Orlando is also easily accessible and offers a variety of amusement parks and Seaworld. Everyone gets their money's worth there.

Fortunately, we left before Hurricane "Ian" hit Fort Myers with full force. Nevertheless, we will be back soon and of course book with Mrs. Niedermair again.

Our vacation was simply fantastic and we can highly recommend Fort Myers and Villa Sunset.

We stayed for 3 weeks in this great house. It is simply fantastic, the view from the pool is gigantic. Everything was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was mega-equipped, the bathrooms were top-notch. We can definitely recommend this house. Thank you for the wonderful time in your home.

Dream holiday at Villa Lake View

We had a wonderful holiday in this very well-maintained villa, furnished with great attention to detail. We especially liked the quiet location in a gated community overlooking the lake. Supermarkets, beaches and excursion destinations are easy to reach. We would especially like to thank the Pautsch family for the exceptionally good service. It was a perfect holiday for us and we don't know what could be improved. Therefore: We will be back next year!
