Quiet holiday home with dog near the dunes in Dishoek
This newly built holiday home (2023) in a quiet residential area in Dishoek is close to the most beautiful beach in Zeeland!
The house has a stylishly furnished living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a rich meal for you and your family. In the living room you can relax wonderfully and the folding doors open onto the terrace, creating a beautiful, spacious living area. In the living room you will also find the stairs to the first floor, where you will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed. In the spacious bedroom on the first floor, the single beds (80x 200 cm) are made up on arrival and there is a set of towels for each person. A cot (please bring your own bed linen) and a high chair are available free of charge.
On the ground floor is the master bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and the bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The washer/dryer combination is located under the stairs and is at your disposal free of charge.
The terrace is fenced and conveniently located so you can enjoy the sun all day. Would you rather go outside? The wide sandy beach is less than a kilometre from the holiday home.
This house is a non-smoking home and 1 pet is welcome (for a fee).

The coastal village of Dishoek is located on the west side of beautiful Walcheren. That means lots of sunshine! The west coast of Walcheren has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands!
If you stay in our holiday home in Dishoek, you can be in the centre of the village in a few minutes.
The centre of Dishoek is a cosy place where you can enjoy a snack and a drink, a light lunch or a substantial dinner.
After a walk or a bike ride you can also get a delicious ice cream. A place where many tourists enjoy the sun every year!

In Dishoek you can also visit one of the most beautiful and sunny beaches in the Netherlands.
Surrounded by the impressive, high dunes, you can relax here for hours while the children play wonderfully in the sea and sand. Even in high season, the beach offers enough peace and quiet!
There is a beach pavilion on the beach, so you can come here for an ice cream or another meal in both summer and winter.
This beach also has the 'Blue Flag'! The Blue Flag stands for a clean and well-maintained beach.

From Dishoek you can cycle through the forests and along the dunes to Vlissingen, the port city of Zeeland!
If you cycle to the other side of the forest, you will come to Zoutelande. From there you can quickly reach Westkapelle or Domburg! Do you want to get some fresh air after dinner? Then walk over the dunes of Dishoek and discover the famous lighthouses!

Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
