This holiday home is very quietly situated in Walcheren's oldest recreational forest with private bungalows, the Vebenabos. Ideal for your holiday with dog by the sea! The park is close to the dunes of Dishoek and only a few minutes' walk from the beach. Cosy restaurants and snack bars are also within walking distance.
The interior of this holiday home is cosy and comfortable. The living room has a spacious seating area with a flat-screen TV. The dining area can seat 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and microwave.
The house has 4 bedrooms, two of them with double bed and two with single beds. The bathrooms are equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin.
The garden is beautiful and spacious, no less than 350 m2, with two terraces! The children can play on the lawn while you relax in the sun on the terrace. You can park your car for free on private land.
The holiday home is a non-smoking house and pets are allowed. There is an extra charge for this, please specify when booking!

The coastal village of Dishoek is located on the west side of beautiful Walcheren. That means lots of sunshine! The west coast of Walcheren has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands!
If you stay in our holiday home in Dishoek, you can be in the centre of the village in a few minutes.
The centre of Dishoek is a cosy place where you can enjoy a snack and a drink, a light lunch or a substantial dinner.
After a walk or a bike ride you can also get a delicious ice cream. A place where many tourists enjoy the sun every year!
Beaches and dunes of Dishoek
Something that cannot be missing in a seaside resort in Zeeland is the beach!
In Dishoek you can also visit one of the most beautiful and sunny beaches in the Netherlands.
Surrounded by the impressive, high dunes, you can relax here for hours while the children play wonderfully in the sea and sand. Even in high season, the beach offers enough peace and quiet!
There is a beach pavilion on the beach, so you can come here for an ice cream or another meal in both summer and winter.
This beach also has the 'Blue Flag'! The Blue Flag stands for a clean and well-maintained beach.
Cycling and walking in Dishoek
Do you enjoy walking and cycling during your well-deserved holiday on the coast?
Then Dishoek is the right place for you! Dishoek has many walking and cycling routes that allow you to reach all the other famous towns and villages of Zeeland!
From Dishoek you can cycle through the forests and along the dunes to Vlissingen, the port city of Zeeland!
If you cycle to the other side of the forest, you will come to Zoutelande. From there you can quickly reach Westkapelle or Domburg! Do you want to get some fresh air after dinner? Then walk over the dunes of Dishoek and discover the famous lighthouses!

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
