The ideal accommodation for the family to enjoy your well-deserved holiday in Zeeland.
The chalet has a sitting area with a spacious corner sofa where you can enjoy a relaxing evening in front of the TV. There is also an atmospheric fireplace that will provide plenty of warmth when you visit Walcheren in the autumn! The open kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and refrigerator. Here you will also find the dining table for 4 people.
The chalet has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed. In the second bedroom there are two single beds.
On your own terrace in front of the chalet you can enjoy the sun in one of the garden furniture. Grass is still being sown so the children can play.
You can park your car in the private parking space next to the chalet.

Location and surroundings of object
The chalet is located on family campsite Duinzicht, where you can use all the facilities! The park has a terrace, a large playground for children, a bakery, a restaurant and a sports field. In high season, an animation team is present to entertain the children for hours with bingo or a children's disco.
When you arrive, you pay the parking fee at the reception of Camping Duinzicht, so you can use all the facilities of the holiday park! The cost is € 6,- p.p.p.n.

Cancellation terms:
- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
