A detached cosy holiday home near dunes and beach. With air conditioning and charging unit for electric car 11KW and an attractive garden with fruit trees. It is a 7-minute walk to the beach. The living room with open kitchen is 20 square metres, which includes a seating area with a 2-seater sofa and 2 separate reclining chairs and a dining area. The kitchen has a fridge without freezer, microwave and an induction hob. On the ground floor is the room for the shower toilet and washbasin. A fixed staircase takes you to the first floor, where you have a small landing with a bedroom on either side, each with 2 single beds with duvets.
There is air conditioning for heating and cooling and a boiler for hot water.
