Description
We have just finished renovating our holiday home on the grounds of a former market garden.here we present the lower flat to you and make it short:
In a 130 square metre,stylish,modern and spacious living environment and a large terrace you can really enjoy yourself.In addition,you can swim at several great swimming spots in the lagoon and the nearby lake and explore nature , forests and villages on this side and on the other side of the border on foot and by bike.
The flat has a spacious living-dining-kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and a further sleeping place in a separable area, 2 bathrooms, a light-flooded veranda with table group as well as a large terrace.
Another,separate flat with terrace is accessible via an outside staircase and has its own access.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is in an absolutely quiet location on the edge of the village of Luckow, east of Ueckermünde.
The Szczecin Lagoon and the village of Vogelsang with a very beautiful, unspoilt and freely accessible bathing area is only 4 km away, at the end of the village there is a hidden forest lake, also with a bathing area
All in all, the eastern Haff coast is still one of the last undiscovered holiday regions in Germany.The coast is largely unspoilt,there are still many natural bathing spots under trees that are freely accessible.
The vast beech and pine forests in the surrounding area can be explored on excellent hiking and cycling trails.
In the neighbouring village of Christiansberg there is a great and extensive botanical garden.
The nearest larger town on the German side is Ueckermünde, 25 km away, and Szczecin is 50 km away.
Day trips to Anklam and Greifswald or to the island of Usedom on the opposite side are worthwhile at any time of year

Once the signed contract has been received in good time - preferably by e-mail - the booking is binding. You will then receive information on how to get there in good time before your departure. Cancellation terms:
The tenant may cancel the contract in writing by declaration to the landlord before the commencement of the vacation. If the tenant cancels the contract, the landlord is entitled to cancellation fees. These are as follows: - up to the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% - from the 59th to the 31st day before the start of the rental period: 50% - from the 30th to the 1st day before the start of the rental period: 80% - on the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total rental price.

Rarely had such an excellent holiday home.
To put it in short - the house is really good!
It was only recently put up for rent and is therefore in top condition. The furniture is comfortable and of good quality - nothing cheap. It has a tasteful decor and is particularly spacious in the living area. The landlord was on site during our vacation and gave us many helpful tips for the holiday destination. The terrace is sufficiently large with a grill and garden table. The garden is still being worked on - but I'm sure it will also be very nice. The location is not at the tourist hotspots, but we deliberately chose it that way. I would book the house again.

Dreamlike holiday apartment
We immediately felt comfortable in the holiday apartment. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. You can immediately tell how lovingly the apartment was furnished by the owner. The fact that the development was not yet completed did not bother us at all. The terrace was large enough for barbecuing and the sun loungers were used sufficiently.
The Haff coast can be explored very well by bike. The cycle paths are very well developed on the Stettiner Haff. The town of Ueckermünde and the beautiful beach are definitely worth a visit.
We can only recommend a holiday in the holiday apartment on the Haff by Mr. Bönner.

We like to spend our holidays by the sea and a few years ago we came across this beautiful spot in one of the last holiday regions in Germany still to be discovered. We are not professional landlords but have carefully and stylishly developed the house for ourselves in recent years and like to use it as often as possible ourselves. The somewhat overgrown grounds of the former nursery still need some care in the next few years, but offer plenty of space for discoveries of all kinds. We are pleased to be able to offer you our house at an introductory price.
