We have just renovated our holiday home on the grounds of a former market garden from top to bottom:
In a 125 sqm large, stylish, modern and spacious living environment with a large terrace you can really enjoy yourself.In addition, you can swim at several great swimming spots in the lagoon and the nearby lake and explore nature , forests and villages on this side and on the other side of the border on foot and by bike.
The flat on the 1st floor is accessible via an outside staircase and has large ,cosy living hall , a spacious living-dining area in connection with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a further sleeping place in a separate area as well as 2 bathrooms.
2 more bedrooms are located one staircase up in the attic.
A large sunny terrace (19sqm) with seating area gives the flat additional pizzazz.
For up to 5 more people, you can rent the flat on the ground floor.
Our house is in an absolutely quiet location on the edge of the village of Luckow, east of Ueckermünde.
The eastern Haff coast is one of the last undiscovered holiday regions in Germany. The coast is largely undeveloped, there are still many natural, freely accessible bays and bathing spots, the nearest of which is only 4 km away in the village of Vogelsang. Not far from the other end of the village road is a hidden forest lake, also with a bathing place
The vast beech and pine forests of the surrounding area can be explored on excellent hiking and cycling trails.
In the neighbouring village of Christiansberg there is a wonderful and extensive botanical garden.
The nearest larger town on the German side is Ueckermünde, 15 km away, and Szczecin is 50 km away.
Day trips to Anklam and Greifswald or to the island of Usedom on the opposite side are worthwhile at any time of year

Cancellation terms:
The tenant can cancel the contract in writing by notifying the landlord before the start of the holiday stay. If the tenant cancels the contract, the landlord is entitled to cancellation fees. These are as follows: - up to the 60th day before the start of the rental period 25% - from the 59th to the 31st day before the start of the rental period 50% - from the 30th to the 1st day before the start of the rental period 80% - on the day of arrival or in case of no-show 100% of the total rental price.

We like to spend our holidays by the sea ourselves and a few years ago we came across this beautiful spot in one of the last holiday regions in Germany still to be discovered. We are not professional landlords but have carefully and stylishly developed the house for ourselves in recent years and like to use it as often as possible ourselves. The somewhat overgrown grounds of the former nursery still need some care in the next few years, but offer plenty of space for discoveries of all kinds. We are pleased to be able to offer you our house at a special introductory price.
