Anyone passing through should consider stopping here. The place was clean and spacious enough for our entire group. It was a peaceful spot with a nice garden area to enjoy some fresh air.

The peaceful neighborhood allowed us to rest well after skiing all day nearby. Inside, everything remained serene and relaxing during our stay.

Lighting up the fireplace didn’t take long, the garden looked pleasant, and terrace chairs were good enough to unwind after being outside all day.

We found it better than expected considering its price range. Having parking spots mattered since we brought two cars along. Using the sauna also refreshed us after cold afternoons outdoors.

concerns : 1AW1JXYG We took contact with Belvilla a few days before we left as we received (again) a booking confirmation by mail on July 8th . We briefly had a conversation with a Mr. Florin???? - Belvilla (on the 800 number). He assured us that everthing was ok and that we could leave to spend our holiday in Bichbach - Austria. He really assured us several times (even resend us the booking information/confirmation)..... BUT in Bichlbach is was a construction site as we already learned by the owner. The chalets were not ready yet. THE CHALETS WERE UNDER CONSTRUCTION....although we explicitly asked Mr Florin if the chalets were ready! He keeps on telling us that we have to go to Bichlbach!!!!!!. We went to Bichbach and have seen the chalets with our own eyes.....We went by car with 3 little kids and a pregnant women (10 ours drive!!!!) Although we booked via Belvilla, Luckely a company Common VIsual (owner of the chalets???) had another chalet in another village for us. And we can confirm that the service of this company wasEXCELLENT Hereby we will inform you that our experience with belvilla is really bad and confusing and stressfull.

We were with 7 adults and dogs in the large chalet No. 9 over the weekend in Bichlbach. Upon entering, the wonderful smell of wood immediately stands out, as does the stylish decor; we especially liked the very tasteful lights. The kitchen is fully equipped and of high quality, and to everyone's delight, there was also an ice cube machine. The separate sauna hut, the fireplace, and the large window areas are also great. Both generous bathrooms are equipped with a shower and really spacious bathtubs. Even with our large group, we always had room for everyone, comfortable chairs at the large dining table, and space on the sofas as well. One should be careful when opening the windows in the upper bathroom, the frame was slightly warped and the house is very noisy.

The house is beautiful and large, but with many small defects upon closer inspection, even though the house is obviously very new. There was still construction around the house, no garden established, no lawn, everything muddy and slushy. Not really nice with children. It's a shame that you pay the full price but do not receive the full service and live in an unfinished chalet (house including outdoor area).

The chalet is very beautiful, we felt very comfortable. However, there are a few comments.... no way to hang towels/robes in the sauna or a shelf for shower gel, etc. Additionally, there is no relaxation area, only deck chairs outside..... Furthermore, there is no space to dry skis and ski boots, only directly in the house.

A beautiful chalet with everything you need. We had an 8-person chalet. A private sauna, great beds, two spacious bathrooms, even a wine fridge. Also for everyone a bathrobe with three towels per person. There are chalets under construction, possibly this lowered the price. Booking this chalet next year is twice as expensive! There is free firewood so you can burn plenty. Within walking distance a cozy restaurant, as well as a general practitioner. Bichlbach is quiet and certainly not meant for people looking for cafes, shops, après-ski, and such. We would definitely come back if the price had not doubled. The cleaning could be better, but they may have been late. At 4 PM, the cleaners were not finished.

The house is beautiful and large, but upon closer inspection, there are many small defects, even though the house is obviously very new. Around the house, there was still construction, no garden laid out, no lawn, everything muddy and slushy. Not really nice with children. It's a pity that you pay the full price but do not get the full service and live in an unfinished chalet (house including outdoor area).

We briefly had a conversation with a Mr. Florin???? - Belvilla (on the 800 number). He assured us that everthing was ok and that we could leave to spend our holiday in Bichbach - Austria. He really assured us several times (even resend us the booking information/confirmation)..... BUT in Bichlbach is was a construction site as we already learned by the owner. The chalets were not ready yet. THE CHALETS WERE UNDER CONSTRUCTION....although we explicitly asked Mr Florin if the chalets were ready! He keeps on telling us that we have to go to Bichlbach!!!!!!. We went to Bichbach and have seen the chalets with our own eyes.....We went by car with 3 little kids and a pregnant women (10 ours drive!!!!) Although we booked via Belvilla, Luckely a company Common VIsual (owner of the chalets???) had another chalet in another village for us. And we can confirm that the service of this company wasEXCELLENT Hereby we will inform you that our experience with belvilla is really bad and confusing and stressfull.

We were 7 adults and with dogs in the large chalet No. 9 over the weekend in Bichlbach. Upon entering, the wonderful smell of wood immediately stands out, as does the stylish decor; the very tasteful lamps were particularly pleasing. The kitchen is fully equipped and of high quality, and to everyone's delight, there was also an ice maker. The separate sauna hut, the fireplace, and the large window areas are also great. Both generous bathrooms are equipped with a shower and really spacious bathtubs. Even with our large group, we always had space for everyone, comfortable chairs at the large dining table, and room on the sofas as well. One should be cautious when opening the windows in the upper bathroom, as the frame was slightly warped and the house is very noisy.
