Description
Nestled in nature at approx. 1336m on the sunny plateau of the Zugspitzarena with direct view of the Zugspitze, the holiday home is located in Berwang.
In winter you only have to strap on your skis in front of the house and you are immediately in the skiing pleasure. A drag lift brings you directly in front of the house. With your ski pass you can ski in the skiing area of Berwang, as well as in the other areas of the Zugspitzarena. As an alternative to skiing you can go cross-country skiing, tobogganing and wonderful winter hiking trails.
In summer, Berwang is a medium - and starting point for numerous hikes and mountain bike tours in the Lechtal Alps, as well as in the Zugspitz area. For refreshment after a sporty day, the heated outdoor swimming pool in the forest, as well as lakes in the surrounding area, offer a wonderful opportunity. Further leisure activities:

In the house there is an infrared sauna and a table tennis room. The house is heated by a tiled stove and electric heating.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated in the middle of nature with a ski lift that takes you directly to the house during the ski season. This house is an almost 90 year old wooden house with a lot of atmosphere and authenticity. Berwang is situated at 1336m above sea level and is a cosy place ideal for families and starting point for many activities.

Very beautiful location, unfortunately a bit neglected.
We spent a week here and were very satisfied. The house has its own charm but some things urgently need to be gotten rid of. The house was clean but a bit untidy. The location is great for hiking trips. Considering the price, we would recommend this house.

Pure idyll in a dreamlike location
It was a wonderful long weekend. The 99-year-old house simply has flair and is something for lovers. The location is a dream. Pure idyll. Great contact, everything super. Beautiful walks possible. So beautiful to watch the stars there. We will certainly come back again.
