We were very satisfied with the holiday apartment.
The location is great, as everything was very easily accessible on foot.
We had a nice, relaxing vacation, despite the changeable weather.

Very beautiful holiday apartment in a really good location!

Everything was simply perfect! The house by the park already makes a good and very well-kept impression from the outside, which continues inside. Additionally, the location couldn't be better in Kühlungsborn-West. The holiday apartment was the highlight; there are no points of criticism. Furthermore, the very pleasant communication with the landlady and the nice assistance during the key handover made us feel immediately welcome. We have been to Kühlungsborn-West several times, always staying in nice vacation apartments, mostly at a much higher price level than the apartment "Auszeit mit Meeresrauschen," but we would definitely always choose this apartment; it does not shy away from comparison.

It doesn't get any better

Actually, I didn't expect to find something that matched my wishes ... a cozy accommodation where dogs are welcome, close to the sea, preferably with a sea view, a bakery on the way to the beach for the first coffee during the dog walk, quiet location, with parking and all at an affordable price. Doesn't exist? But that's exactly what this holiday apartment offers, and we were able to enjoy it to the fullest. The apartment has everything you need. Each apartment has its own charm, as does this one. There were even welcome treats, even for our four-legged friend. Everything was perfect. We felt more than comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. I also had the luck to talk to the landlady on the phone, super nice. Ms. Beermann is a woman with a heart. There was also a good fairy on site, Mrs. Koch. She welcomed us, took us to the apartment, showed and explained everything to us, and would have been available in case of emergency. From the day of booking to the journey home, everything was perfect. All in all, a place to feel good. A temporary home. We will definitely come back.

Also a dream accommodation in winter!

I stayed with 2 children for 6 lovely February days in the Behrmanns' accommodation. The decision to travel was very spontaneous (3 days in advance) - not a problem for the friendly landlords. We were able to handle the contract, spa cards, etc. all digitally and without complications.
On-site, Mrs. Koch, the good soul of the rental, warmly welcomed us, helped the children with their roll bags, and prepared a good start to our vacation.
The house is very inviting and well maintained. The apartment itself is cozy, modern, and well-equipped. Even the sofa bed in the living room is a real sofa bed that deserves that name. We liked (even in the still cool temperatures) the small balconies with a view of the park. Although you can only catch a glimpse of the sea from the side through a small gap between houses, you can hear the sound of the waves! <3
The mobile network is generally quite patchy in this corner of Kühlungsborn. However, there is free Wi-Fi, so we were always in touch in the accommodation when we wanted to be. This also allowed us to experience a real holiday feeling and the chance to unwind.
On many days, we didn't even need the car: the beach, bakery, bookstore, cinema, restaurants, and of course the Molly train - all within walking distance (even with small children's feet). The children quickly found their way, oriented themselves well, and could independently move around the area for shorter distances. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the adjacent park with the large playground because the heavy rains of the last few weeks had flooded everything - otherwise, a great facility for playing and romping around.
We had a lovely time and enjoyed the peace of the off-season.

Very nice landlords and cleaning lady who were always available during the vacation.
The apartment is comfortably furnished, everything necessary is available.
When looking out of the window, you can see the beautiful park.
The beach, the promenade, and a playground are very close to the apartment/house, yet it is located in a quiet area.
Shopping, restaurants, coffee houses, and other shops are within walking distance in the immediate vicinity.
The Bäder-Express and the Molli invite you to go on excursions, so even the car can take a vacation.

A dream at the Baltic Sea.

It is a beautiful and clean apartment in a great property by the beach. The apartment is fully furnished, has comfortable beds and wonderful small balconies with a nice view. Thanks to the friendly process and consideration of special requests, we felt very well taken care of and would love to come back. The Baltic Sea is always an experience and offers the finest relaxation and recreation.

Wonderful Baltic Sea vacation close to the beach

We stayed for ten days in this beautiful and lovingly furnished holiday apartment. You can walk to the beach in your bikini or swimsuit because it is so close. The holiday apartment has everything you need, including salt, sugar, and oil. The communication with the landlords was very nice and uncomplicated, as was the key handover by the nice Mrs. Koch. Shopping facilities and restaurants are very close by and the bakery is only 50 m away.
In the basement of the house there is a washing machine and a dryer, which is very practical when traveling with small children, as we did.
We would love to come back here and can recommend this accommodation 100%.

Last Minute Holiday

Thank you very much for letting us book your flat for a holiday at such short notice. The flat is very close to the beach. Grocery shop, bars, bakery, pizzeria, hairdresser and restaurants can be reached in two minutes. In the winter months, however, you should bear in mind that some bars and restaurants are closed and others are only open for a short time. However, the flat has a fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, it is modernly furnished and in a very good location. The handover of the keys worked perfectly on site. The landlady is available at all times and also takes care of things remotely. I can recommend the holiday flat without hesitation and would be very happy to come back myself.

Great short holiday

We found everything as described. The handover of the keys was smooth and very friendly. The contact with the landlady was also very friendly and someone was always available for questions.
