You can reach this flat via a planted atrium with the lift, so there is no need to carry suitcases and bags.
An underground car park, bicycle storage room and a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the basement of this building.
The flat is equipped with a variety of amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Park your car conveniently in the in-house underground car park (180cm height / maximum weight 2000kg) and enjoy relaxing hours on the cosy north-facing terrace with an unforgettable 180 degree sea view.
The fitted kitchen has 2 electric hotplates (without oven), a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, but also sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots etc. so that you can easily cater for yourself.
Bed linen and towels are also provided, so you don't have to worry about anything.
Entertainment is provided by two televisions in the living and sleeping areas, a music system, DVD player with 100 films, books and games,
while a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer provide additional convenience.
Stay connected with the free Wi-Fi and use the hairdryer provided to get ready for an evening out.
Please note that this flat is only suitable for non-smokers and is completely pet-free!

Kühlungsborn, with its typical spa architecture, has a six-kilometre-long sandy beach and the longest beach promenade in Germany.
The seaside resort and its immediate surroundings offer many leisure activities for holidaymakers. KB is the largest Baltic seaside resort in Mecklenburg with a pier, harbour and a magnificent town forest. The first lodging house invited foreigners to this area as early as 1857. Numerous well-preserved villas from the Wilhelminian era can still be found here today.
The sea and the beach are just 10 metres away, inviting you to relax. A stroll to the harbour, the beautiful city park or along the longest beach promenade on the Baltic Sea coast is well worthwhile! In the meantime, you can get to know the many restaurants and cafés.
In addition to the beauty of Kühlungsborn, there are many other things to discover, such as the marvellous coastal landscape, a visit to Rerik, Heiligendamm, Schwerin, Stralsund, Nienhagen, Rostock or Warnemünde.

Cancellation terms:
Here is your translation to English: Each booking will be canceled again by the landlord after a single reminder, provided that the agreed contractual conditions have not been confirmed in writing by the guest. A cancellation must always be made in writing and confirmed by the landlord! The listed cancellation fees refer only to the pure accommodation costs; any additional costs (cleaning, laundry, tourist tax) are not taken into account here, as these only become due on the day of arrival. The following COST SHARES will be incurred in the event of a cancellation and must be reimbursed to the landlord: FROM reservation / booking confirmation = generally 20% of the accommodation costs; From 42 days before arrival = 100% of the agreed accommodation costs. In the event of a cancellation where the total accommodation costs have already been paid, 80% of the accommodation costs minus €30.00 transfer fees could be refunded, provided that a REPLACEMENT TENANT is found by the guest or the landlord! A delayed arrival // early departure will not be refunded or offset against subsequent bookings. A rebooking is unfortunately not possible due to different seasonal prices.

We are the Kühne family and have been renting out our four holiday flats in Kühlungsborn for over 10 years. Our aim is to make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible by furnishing our holiday flats neatly and completely, but also comfortably. Families with children are always welcome. Baby cot, changing mat, high chair, WLAN car parking space and bicycle shed are provided free of charge, which sets us apart from other landlords. Should you accidentally break something, which can always happen, we would be very grateful if you could let us know immediately by e-mail/SMS! This is the only way to get a replacement quickly, because the next guests will also want to take over a complete flat on arrival. We look forward to welcoming you soon! We speak German.
