This large holiday apartment is on the 1st floor of this idyllic farm at 1,490 m altitude in Kappl-Langesthei. Ideally suited for two small families or friends, you can spend a relaxed and comfortable holiday in nature and among animals. Enjoy the wonderful view from the balcony!
Kappl in the Paznauntal is a popular holiday resort that has remained true to its rural origins. Here you can go hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing or visit the more sophisticated Ischgl, which is only a few kilometers away. Be sure to do a panoramic tour of the popular Silvretta High Alpine Road.
The well-equipped apartment is very spacious and has a dishwasher in the kitchen. The washing machine can be used on request. A shared small garden and a south-facing terrace with garden chairs are also available for you.
In summer you can use the Silvretta Card All Inclusive with many discounts.

Property is highly recommended. Equipment is simple, clean and well maintained. There are very nice and helpful landlord. Even with small children very well. Recommended arrival by car, something else rather difficult access, as to overcome height difference of 500m (bus stop) from the main road sind.Wunderbarer view of the valley and the mountains!

Beautiful area where you can walk, plenty of cycling and enjoy the tranquility. With the free silvretta pass is ideal for exploring the area this pass is valid only in the summer months, you can customize the free ride, free cable cars, etc etc.. Siegele what is a very nice host, we had an accident where one of our members had a dislocated arm, she has arranged everything immediately, call a doctor out of bed, went to the emergency room with us, in short, amazing what they did. Village is secluded but at that rate they arranged everything was the arm after one hour, and everything had to be arranged.

Surroundings and views are magnificent. Property is clean and basic. We had children with us, and therefore it is less suitable. Children can play out of nowhere, even informed us was not to walk on the grass around the house. And there's a lot of grass around the property. We were understood by the neighbor with strong words, given that this problem would not give in too kind words. A pity. Hostess was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful area further.

Great climb by car to the cottage. Fantastic view, alright, you do not have privacy on the balcony. This you share with the holiday makers of the apartment next to you. Cottage is very neat. Half past the week again there were clean towels.
