Modern, detached, completely renovated holiday home for up to 4 people in a central and close-to-the-beach yet quiet location with private pool and large outdoor area. All rentable rooms are on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms each with en suite bathroom, air conditioning, fiber optic internet, as well as parking space for a car on a completely enclosed property. A great oasis of well-being for carefree holidays! The upper floor is not rented and remains locked.

Living area with flat-screen TV (satellite system with German channels), leather couch, separate dining area for 4-5 people, direct access to the outdoor area with covered terrace.

1 bedroom with double bed 150/200 (1 mattress), also en suite bathroom consisting of XXL shower, washbasin with vanity unit incl. Drawers and WC, hairdryer, air conditioning
All windows are equipped with electric blinds and fitted with insect screens.
Separate guest toilet
Additional 2 central switches in the entrance area of the house for opening or closing all shutters or only all doors. Extra exit to the patio in the backyard
