This holiday home with dog in Vlissingen right behind the dunes is ideal for your beach holiday on the Zeeland coast!
The holiday home is located at the foot of the dunes of Vlissingen, Dishoek and Westduin. The house is located in a small, car-free and child-friendly holiday park "Galgewei", within walking distance of the wide sandy beach, suitable for 4 people and your pet.
The holiday home is comfortably furnished and has a spacious sitting area with a cosy fireplace where you can relax after a day at the beach. You can rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower. There is a separate toilet in the hallway on the ground floor. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to make your holiday a culinary success, including dishwasher, fridge freezer, combi microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle. The patio doors open onto your own private terrace with electric parasol with wind sensor. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the dunes.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink and second toilet. The first bedroom has two single beds with a double topper (180 x 200) with two separate duvets. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200), also with separate duvets. Both bedrooms have TV and blackout curtains . A cot and bed linen/towels can be added during the booking process.
There is 1 fixed parking space at the entrance to the park, which is numbered. The house is located at the entrance to the holiday park and therefore close to the car park.
The surroundings of the holiday home are ideal for nice walks and cycling tours. The boulevard of Vlissingen is easily accessible via the cycle path through the dunes. The supermarket is within walking distance, where you can also rent bicycles. The house is non-smoking and ideal for your holiday with dog in Zeeland by the sea!

Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
