THE SUN IN SEAAND, this classic beach vacation home is located in a very small car-free park.
There are no separations between the houses.
The house is situated between 2 nature reserves.
Between the new Nollenbos and the dune row.
You can cycle or walk to Vlissingen [6 km] without crossing any road.
To Dishoek 2 km, Zoutelande 12 km, or Westkapelle 20 km.
And everywhere around the house, there is a spot to be found, out of the wind and in the sun or in the shade. Even in winter, early spring, and in autumn with a bit of sun, you can drink coffee outside.
Behind the dunes are beach pavilions.
From the top of the dune, a beautiful view over all of Walcheren.
Especially when it's dark. Then the lights of the villages and the cities of Middelburg and Vlissingen can be seen.
The beach faces south and has a magnificent sunset.
The sea ships from Antwerp sail close to the coast along the Western Scheldt. On clear evenings, the coast of Belgium is clearly visible along with many windmills at sea.
Many hiking and biking trails on the dunes, along the coast or boulevards in Walcheren.
Vlissingen is a small seaport with sea locks and a long history.
Many monuments from various wars, old houses, and museums.
It has a boulevard with large and small terraces.
Cycling is possible in Walcheren along small roads, farms, old villages, old towns. With these many possibilities, this holiday home is very suitable for summer, fall, winter, and spring.

Die Vermietung erfolgt pro Woche, der Wechseltag ist Samstag. -- Ankunft nach 17:00 Uhr und Abreise 11:00 Uhr -- Bei der Ankunft müssen Sie den Schlüssel anfordern. -- Das Ferienhaus ist bezugsfertig. -- Es gibt alle möglichen Dinge; vom Spülmittel bis zum Toilettenpapier. -- wenn was drauf ist, dann selber kaufen. Und meldet es direkt per Mail aus dem Haus. -- Lassen Sie, was Sie nicht benutzt haben. -- Das Gras wird mittwochs gemäht. -- Müllcontainer steht am Eingang der Wiese. -- Die Kurtaxe beträgt 2,30 pro Person und Nacht für alle Altersgruppen, die Sie separat bezahlen müssen. -- Bettwäsche ist pro Person und Woche und wird auf Ihrer Rechnung ausgewiesen. -- Handtücher sind pro Person und Woche, 2 Stück normal und 1 größer und stehen auf Ihrer Rechnung. -- Geschirrtücher und Küchentücher sind bei den Handtüchern inbegriffen. -- Endreinigung ist auf Ihrer Rechnung. Upon arrival at the house, call us for the keys and a short tour of the house.
Upon departure:
Set the heating to 6 degrees.
Please clean and tidy up anything you have used.
Strip the beds and gather all laundry, so that nothing unnecessary needs to be washed.
The laundry will be collected.
Please call us when you are departing as there is only one parking spot available to pick up the laundry. The deposit will be refunded after 14 days.
The energy costs will be settled with the deposit.

"DE ZON IN ZEELAND" 2-4p, direct achter het duin, lopend naar strand en zee, autovrij, op een wei, west van Vlissingen. Woonkeuken, douche+toilet. Boven 2 kleine slaapkamers "RIET" een groter familie vakantie huis; op een waanzinnig mooie plek aan het water - 2p of met de hele familie tot 8p.
