The sunny 1.5 room apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-kept residence directly on Lake Maggiore. Quietly situated it has a great view of the Mediterranean garden and the lake. The apartment is particularly suitable for a relaxing holiday for two. Location and surroundings of object

The Residenza "San Remo" is centrally located at the beginning of Brissago, directly at the lake. The lakeside promenade and the town centre are just a few minutes' walk away, where you will find shopping facilities, a bus stop and restaurants. Brissago can be easily reached by bus from Locarno and by boat during the season. The picturesque Ascona, Locarno and the neighbouring border town Cannobio, where the famous Mercato takes place on Sunday, are only a few kilometres away. The Valle Maggia, Valle Verzasca and Centovalli valleys of Ticino can also be easily reached by car.
