The 3.5 room garden flat sleeps 4 and is part of a detached holiday villa with wonderful views. The newly renovated flat offers a spacious living-dining room with a comfortable leather sofa, flat-screen TV and dining table, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a large, free-standing refrigerator. Fine marble floors throughout the flat lend pure elegance. The flat also offers two double bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower. If you combine your holiday with work, there is an office with a desk, or you can simply use the room as a retreat with a good read. From all rooms you can reach the well-kept garden and the pool with Roman steps. Enjoy the warm summer nights and cosy get-togethers in the covered loggia in the outdoor area with dining table and garden barbecue. Sun loungers are available for you to relax on.
Parking space in the garage or directly in front of the house. The upper flat of the villa is private and is not rented out. Access to the lower flat is through the garage and not through the main entrance of the house. Please note the relatively steep, private access road to the house (approx. 100 m). Not suitable for low sports cars.
The holiday villa is located in a villa district in a quiet residential area in a private side street between the village of Brione sopra Minusio and Contra. You can reach the centre of Brione in about 15 minutes on foot. There you will find various restaurants and a bakery. The nearest bus stop is about 500 m away. There are shopping centres in Locarno or Tenero, which can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

The municipality of Brione is located over Minusio on the mountainside overlooking the Lake Maggiore. Brione is included in the World Heritage Site by Unesco. The charming village starting from the Nucleo (old village), the typical Rustici, to the stunning villas and the hillside on is wonderful to visit. Explore the village and further afield on the countless, diverse possible walks and excursions. There are many restaurants and Grotti in Brione that provide the perfect atmosphere to relax after the walks. Enjoy a unique nature, the prospect of an enchanting landscape, mountains and Lake Maggiore.
A popular destination is the Val Resa, the "smallest valley in Locarno". Starting from the center towards the old mule track, today carriage road, you can enjoy an incomparable view of the landscape and unspoiled nature in order then to achieve more starting points for wonderful leisure trips direction: Cardada, Monti di Lego, Mergoscia or hiking Collina Alta. On the way, surrounded by greenery and tranquility, you will find places of rare beauty and variety of places to stop by.
