The 110 m2 interior is furnished with high ceilings and high-quality natural materials. The open-plan living area with state-of-the-art designer kitchen impresses with its light colours, giving the house an airy, clean chic feel. Travertine was laid for the entrance hall and the 2 designer wet rooms. The two bedrooms with 1.80 x 2.00 metre beds have large fitted wardrobes and are equipped with air conditioning and TV.
A carport for 2 cars and 3 restaurants (one is the famous Ferriroli) with beautiful terraces and within walking distance complete the whole thing!

The Villetta, built in the 90s, was completely renovated in 2023, rebuilt with fine natural materials and modernised. All electricity and water pipes have been renewed and the building services are of the highest standard. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Tenero-Contra lies on the shores of Lake Maggiore. Lago di Vogorno lies above Tenero in the Verzasca Valley. The Verzasca also flows through the village.
Due to its location at the transition from the Magadino plain to Lake Maggiore, a camping centre with seven campsites has developed here along the lake. Next to it is the Centro sportivo nazionale della gioventù (Centro Sportivo Tenero, CST for short), a sports and training centre run by the Federal Office of Sport. This sports centre was used by the German national football team as a training facility during the 2008 European Football Championships.
The municipality is served by the Tenero railway station on the Giubiasco-Locarno line of the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB). There is also the Bellinzona-Locarno bus service and the local Tenero-Locarno bus.
