Your domicile is located in a semi-detached house. You enter the holiday home via a separate entrance. Next to the entrance, under the stairs, there is a cupboard for beach utensils and storage space for shoes and suitcases.
The LIVING AREA invites you to relax together with a sofa, two cocktail chairs and a sofa table. The flat-screen TV on the dresser provides entertainment.
Directly next to it is the EATING AREA. A large table and chairs offer space for up to 6 people. Here you can have a wonderful breakfast with a fantastic view of the greenery.
You can prepare your meals in the open kitchen. The technical equipment includes a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. In addition, there are many other cooking utensils.
From the living and dining area, you can access the furnished TERRACE (south-west facing) via a large window, both of whose French doors can be opened. This invites you to enjoy extensive sunbathing or barbecue evenings together.
One of the two BEDROOMS is on the ground floor. Like the second bedroom on the ground floor, it is equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe.
There are 2 BATHROOMS in the house (ground floor and attic). They are tiled and equipped with a glazed shower, towel warmer and sufficient storage space.
Babies up to 2 years travel free of charge. Baby cot and high chair can be booked for 25 euros. You can use the washing machine free of charge. The linen package with bed linen and towels can be booked for 40 euros per person. You can park your car free of charge at the house. You can leave your bicycles at the house (not covered/lockable). Unfortunately, WLAN cannot be offered.
You can also bring your dog for 10 euros per night and an additional pet cleaning fee of 10 euros.

Your semi-detached house is located in the former fishing village of Börgerende-Rethwisch. The village with its approximately 1,800 inhabitants is located directly on the Baltic Sea coast between the well-known seaside resorts of Heiligendamm (5 km) and Warnemünde (16 km).
Your domicile is located at the end of a quiet side street, with a view of forest and meadow. The unspoilt beach is about 1.2 km away and can be reached by bike within a few minutes. It invites you to sunbathe and is particularly suitable for children because of the shallow slope towards the sea. A Baltic Sea walk to the neighbouring village of Nienhagen (5 km) and the fashionable Heiligendamm (4 km) are also worthwhile. Or enjoy relaxing sunsets over the Mecklenburg Bay. The popular Molli narrow-gauge railway takes you from Bad Doberan via Kühlungsborn to Heiligendamm at full steam.
You can reach several restaurants on foot in Börgerende. The nearest supermarket is in Rethwisch, 2 km away.
