Your holiday flat is located on the 1st floor of a large detached house. An interior staircase leads to the upper floor, which is separated by its own flat door and can also be locked. There you enter the hallway connected to the living and dining area. Here there is a mirror and a wardrobe.
The spacious LIVING AREA offers plenty of space to relax with a comfortable corner sofa. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment. A sideboard and shelving unit are also part of the furnishings. The spacious, open-plan living area also offers plenty of room for children to play.
The beautiful, open-plan KITCHEN in country house style ensures lots of fun when cooking together. The new kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer combination (freezer with 2 drawers), dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. In addition, there are many other cooking utensils.
The prepared meals can be enjoyed together at the new dining table with 4 chairs and, if required, a children's high chair, which can be used free of charge.
The window front allows plenty of daylight into the large living and dining area, especially at breakfast time.
Your tiled DAYLIGHT BATHROOM is equipped with both a bathtub and a glazed shower. Washbasin, mirror, hairdryer and storage space provide further comfort.
The flat has two bedrooms. BEDROOM 1 has a double bed (180x200 cm), wardrobe and bedside table and lamps on each side of the bed. There is enough space for a baby travel cot that you can bring yourself.
BEDROOM 2 is equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm), wardrobe, table with 2 chairs as well as 2 reading lights. The house has a furnished TERRACE with barbecue facilities in the garden.
WLAN is available free of charge. A hoover is available in the flat. A high chair is available. All additional costs are included. The local tourist tax is to be paid on site. + Bed linen can be booked for 10 euros per person and towels for 5 euros per person.

The Baltic resort of Nienhagen is located halfway between the seaside resort of Warnmünde (11 km) and the world-famous Heiligendamm (10 km) with its magnificent spa architecture. Start an exciting excursion with the narrow-gauge railway "Molli" from neighbouring Bad Doberan (8 km) to beautiful Kühlungsborn (19 km). A trip to the Hanseatic city of Rostock with its museums, zoo and numerous shopping opportunities is also worthwhile.
The Baltic resort of Nienhagen has something for everyone. Numerous cycling and hiking trails connect the Baltic seaside resort with the neighbouring towns. A special attraction is the ghost forest. This forest, which appears bizarre due to the weather on the coast, and the steep coast attract countless walkers and enthusiastic amateur photographers every year. Beach lovers also get their money's worth on the fine sandy beach or the surrounding natural beaches.
The region is very well developed for tourism and offers a wide range of leisure activities, from beach walks to shopping, swimming pools and wellness facilities.
