Description
This thatched holiday home with sauna and wood-burning stove is located in Börgerende near Heiligendamm. It is in a quiet location on a spacious garden plot on the edge of the field in the small fishing village. The house itself has a covered terrace and a gas barbecue. The garden is large enough for idyllic moments with the family, children's entertainment is provided especially in the garden area by a slide, a sandbox and a swing. But also for older generations, it offers possibilities for relaxation with garden furniture and loungers. The interior of the non-smoking house is very tastefully furnished. The 85 sqm of the house extend over two floors and are divided into four rooms, three of which are bedrooms. Furthermore, it has 1 bathroom with sauna on the ground floor and a toilet in the attic. A new kitchen with induction cooker, dishwasher, oven and microwave, toaster etc. is available. There are 2 TV sets in the house - one with DVD player in the living room and another one in the bedroom. Dryer and washing machine are available in the family-friendly property, which is also distinguished as such by a child safety guard on the stairs. The house itself offers a wonderful, unobstructed view over the surrounding fields and from the 1st floor up to the sailing boats on the Baltic Sea. Baker, ice cream parlour, restaurants, cafés, bicycle rental, mini-golf, riding school and playgrounds are about 600m away. The proximity to a natural beach seems particularly attractive. It can be easily reached on foot in about 15 minutes (distance is about 900m). The Baltic resorts of Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn can be reached in about 4 and 14 km respectively. Especially in summer, these are worth a trip and are tourist strongholds with well-attended beaches. Day trips to Denmark from Warnemünde are quite possible due to the central location of the property, to pay a visit to the Scandinavian way of life (15km). The cities of Rostock and Wismar, with beautiful city centres and good shopping facilities, are also nearby, 16km and 50km away respectively. The minster town of Bad Doberan, which has a very special flair that tempts many a person to have a coffee in the Mollistraße, is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 4km). A ride on the Molli, an old steam locomotive, is particularly popular with tourists and not only makes children's hearts beam. Those who like to visit old and significant buildings are also catered for with the Doberan Minster, which is a very impressive Gothic church that is often referred to as the pearl of brick Gothic. Those planning a particularly exciting excursion with the whole family can find what they are looking for in the neighbouring state of Schleswig-Holstein and visit the Hansapark in Sierksdorf, Germany's only amusement park by the sea, which can be reached quickly and easily by car thanks to a direct connection. On the other hand, those interested in exciting experiences in the immediate vicinity can visit popular excursion destinations around Rostock, such as the Rostock Zoo or Karls Erlebnis-Dorf in Rövershagen.

| Electricity 50 cents per kwh. Final cleaning is not included in the rental price. Sauna towels are ready for you and can be lent to you free of charge if required. A gas barbecue is also available, this can be handed over for use against a deposit of 50,- Euro. If the barbecue is returned uncleaned, the deposit will be retained. The final cleaning of 130,- Euro is not included in the rent. From May 2022, we will again offer bed linen and towels for 25,- Euro per person. On request, 1 ladies' and men's bicycle 28 inch and a children's bicycle 26 inch can then be made available. |

Great family holiday
We stayed in the holiday home for a week. The equipment there was mega, from washing machine, dryer, barbecue to sauna, everything was there. Especially the fireplace in the living area was often used by me. It was about a 10-minute walk (1 km) to the beach. That's why we went swimming in the sea every day. Right next to Börgerende is the famous health resort of Kühlungsborn, a must-visit for every holidaymaker. Shopping markets such as Netto, Edeka, etc. are in the immediate vicinity. Since a cleaning service goes through the house every Saturday, it naturally looks super clean. The service, such as handing over the keys, was problem-free. We were very satisfied with the price for a week's summer holiday with the family (2 adults plus 2 children). Conclusion: The holiday home can definitely be recommended. Everything is fine.
The house is very beautiful and well equipped. You can also sit on the covered terrace during a summer rain. The outdoor area generously invites you to sunbathe.
Playground, beach, bike rental, and gastronomy within walking distance.
Plenty of shopping opportunities in the vicinity, some open on Sundays.
We felt very comfortable and have already booked for next year.

Super holiday home near the beach
The detached holiday home is idyllically located on the outskirts of
of Börgerende. It borders on the nature reserve,
and the proximity to the beach is perfect. The holiday home has an excellent location and there is a good infrastructure. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.
The furnishings are modern and of high quality, very well maintained, simply to feel good. Here you can literally relax and unwind
"let your mind wander" switch off and enjoy. The access to the beach is very close, walks, cycling, swimming, here everyone gets their money's worth
Nature lovers and activists, super suitable for children.
There are many interesting excursion possibilities here, to name but a few, Heiligen Damm, Bad Doberan, Warnemünde, Rostock, ect
You will find shopping facilities for your daily needs in Börgerende and the next bigger town is Bad Doberan. We spent 14 wonderful days at the Baltic Sea with family, anytime again !!!!
