The cozy apartment was furnished by the hostess with great attention to detail. The African style promises you an unforgettable holiday in Warnemünde.

You reach the apartment on the 1st floor via a staircase. Here you will find the small balcony overlooking the quiet backyard. Separate entrance!

LIVING AREA with leather sofa, small table, two cocktail chairs, flat-screen TV, and chest of drawers with ample storage space

KITCHENETTE with refrigerator incl. Freezer, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, air fryer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and many other cooking utensils

SLEEPING AREA with bamboo double bed (180x200 cm) and wardrobe

DAYLIGHT BATHROOM with glass-enclosed shower, washbasin, towel warmer, and storage space

So that you can start your vacation relaxed, your hostess has made the beds and provided towels. You will be personally welcomed upon arrival. +++ PARKING +++
You can park your car for 12 euros per day either in the parking garage at Molenfeuer (1 km) or the garage at Weidenweg (1 km). In the garage there is a free bicycle to quickly return to the accommodation. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard (not covered). Please note that parking in public parking spaces is very limited and expensive!

Location and surroundings of object

The flat is located in the beautiful seaside resort of Warnemünde. It is one of the most popular destinations for Baltic Sea holidaymakers. Here, maritime flair, culinary delights and recreational offers combine to create an unforgettable feel-good experience.

Your accommodation is located in the heart of Warnemünde. The spa gardens of the seaside resort are just a side street away. There are also numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. The small alleys invite you to take a stroll. It is only 400 metres to the fine and wide sandy beach. Here you can enjoy sunbathing, take a dip in the Baltic Sea or experience romantic sunsets over the Mecklenburg Bay. Or watch the colourful hustle and bustle along the promenade and at the harbour as well as the "boats" sailing in and out of the Warnow.

A trip to Rostock's city centre is also worthwhile. The S-Bahn (850 m) connects both parts of the city. In the university and Hanseatic city, numerous museums, churches, restored houses, restaurants and shopping facilities invite you to visit.

Other popular destinations are the ghost forest of Nienhagen (11 km), Heiligendamm (22 km) and Rostock Zoo (13 km). Or take a full steam ahead tour on the narrow-gauge railway "Molli" from Bad Doberan via Kühlungsborn to Heiligendamm.

Ferienwohnung Afrika is a cozy holiday apartment in the heart of Wittlich, Germany, which offers an African-inspired decor and atmosphere.

I felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment. Nothing was missing. The beach is reachable in a few minutes through the spa park. Supermarket and restaurants are just around the corner. Ideal for a holiday without a car. The train station is also less than 10 minutes walking distance away.
If you like it very quiet at night, you might feel a bit disturbed. The fan from the butcher in the alley of Mittelweg is very loud. But with closed windows, it's okay.
The water pressure could maybe be lowered a bit, because unfortunately, the taps in the bathroom, which need to be operated by a button, can also be heard by the neighbors. It slightly disturbs sleep at night and in the early morning.
But otherwise, the holiday apartment is still highly recommended. I would love to come back again.

Liebe Gäste, vielen Dank für das positive und ausführliche Feedback. Die Lage in Warnemünde ist wirklich toll, man ist nach wenigen Schritten mitten im Zentrum mit Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die Wasserhähne mit Druckknopf wurden extra aus Umweltschutzgründen eingebaut. So kann es nicht passieren, dass das Wasser unbemerkt oder unbedacht läuft und so verschwendet wird.

Holiday apartment in a good location

The vacation apartment is bright, very clean, beautifully furnished, quiet and super centrally located. It has comfortable mattresses. Everything you need is there. In the bathroom, I would like more hooks. The balcony is used by all tenants.
