Holiday flat on the 1st floor with balcony and view of the Achterwasser - for 5 persons
A total of 8 flats are available (4x ground floor & 4x 1st floor)
- no dog allowed -
You can reach the holiday flat via shared stairs. In the hallway of your flat you can leave shoes and beach utensils.
The light-flooded LIVING AREA with corner sofa and coffee table forms the centre of the family holiday. Flat-screen TV/radio and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. The underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth even in the cool season. From the living area you can access the furnished balcony (south/southeast facing). Here you can spend cosy evenings.

- Oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and many other cooking utensils
- Dining table with chairs
2 BEDROOMS
- Bedroom I with double bed (160x200 cm) and wardrobe
- Bedroom II with 2 single beds (80x200 cm), if necessary extra bed and wardrobe
- Cot and high chair can be provided free of charge
- All rooms, except the living room, can be darkened
BATHROOM
- Ground level shower, towel warmer, washbasin, mirror, hairdryer and toilet
There is a sauna in the basement of each of the two houses, which you can use all to yourself free of charge by prior reservation. There is also a table tennis table, table football and fitness equipment. (The whirlpool is no longer available)
In the courtyard there is a green area with a swing and slide and a shared barbecue area.
One free parking space is available for each flat. Bicycles can be parked at the house at the bicycle stand.
Bed linen and towels are provided so that you can start your holiday relaxed.

In the period from 07.07. to 02.09.2023 & 27.12.2023 to 07.01.2024 the price is valid regardless of the number of persons. Outside these periods the price is valid for 2 persons. Each additional person costs 12 euros per night.

Location and surroundings of object
Koserow is located on the narrowest part of the island of Usedom, between Zempin and Ückeritz. Nevertheless, the highest elevation on the island is here, namely the Steckelsberg with a height of around 60 metres. Thanks to its central location, you can quickly reach the imperial spas of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin (15 km) with their famous spa architecture by car. Further north are Zinnowitz (8 km) and the historical-technical museum Peenemünde (24 km). Thanks to the Usedom Bäderbahn, you can also reach many destinations on the island by train. Or use one of the numerous cycle paths on the island
But there is also a lot to discover and experience in Koserow itself. Great sandy beaches invite you to extensive sunbathing, walks or romantic sunrises. Numerous cafés, restaurants and shops also offer variety outside the bathing season. The centre of attraction for many guests, especially the little ones, is Karl's adventure village. It is only a few minutes' walk away. Here there are various play opportunities for children. Adults stroll through the market with homemade and regional specialities.
