Description

The modern semi-detached house welcomes you with 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. On the ground floor, there is a beautifully furnished living room with an integrated kitchen equipped with all comforts. Get cozy by the wood-burning stove. Additionally, for entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV with DVD-Blu-Ray player and a radio available. From the living room, you can access the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with toilet, hairdryer, underfloor heating, and bathtub. For warming moments, there is also an infrared heat cabin. A children's travel cot, a high chair, and a beach wagon are provided free of charge for our little guests. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for you. There is one parking space at the house. Welcome to your vacation! No smoking and no pets allowed.

Schöne Unterkunft. Doch leider für 4 Personen zu wenig Sitzkomfort. Das Ecksofa ist allenfalls für 3 Personen geeignet. Ein zusätzlicher Sessel (wie in den Bildern) wäre hilfreich.

Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub hier im schwarzen Busch auf Poel.Wir haben sie Ruhe und die Strandspaziergänge sehr genossen. Auch in der Unterkunft war an alles gedacht, das Wasser war schön heiß und die Raumtemperatur sehr angenehm.Insgesamt haben wir uns in der Kirsten sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten hätten wir dennoch anzumerken, - Die Matratzen müssten mal wieder gewechselt werden, sie sind doch sehr durchgelegen (Kuhlen) - es fehlt eine Schere (oder habe ich sie nicht gefunden?) - die Kehrschaufel ist kaputt (Sprung),sodass man das,was man aufnimmt, wieder verliert - in der Spülmaschine fehlt der Klarspüler - den Kühlschrank mussten wir erstmal enteisen (riesiger Eisklotz bei Ankunft,der die Kühlung verhinderte) Herzliche Grüße Simone Tack

So nice that we have already booked for 2026. The location of the house is perfect, the view wonderful. We felt very comfortable.

The only point of criticism is the inadequate waste separation. This was much better organized in our previous holiday apartment on the Darß. Here, you didn't have to drive elsewhere to dispose of paper and bottles.

The house had not been inhabited for a long time. We were glad for warm clothes and blankets in the living room. After a day, the room temperature was okay. The large pan in the kitchen needs to be replaced (coating heavily damaged). Otherwise, everything is great. The location as a starting point for hikes is also wonderful.
