Description

This spacious holiday home offers a vacation in close proximity to the beach. On the ground floor, you will find a large, bright living room with a wide window front and a view of the greenery, as well as a fireplace. The separate kitchen provides everything you need for your vacation, such as a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. A shower-bath with sauna, as well as a wide surrounding terrace complete the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.80x2.00m) and sea view, and one with two single beds (0.90x2.00m) and a crib. Additionally, there is a large bathroom on the upper floor with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. A washing machine is available for you in the utility room. We provide a children's travel cot and high chair free of charge. Garden furniture is available for you on the terrace. Two parking spaces are available at the house. No smoking!!! No pets!!!

Das Haus war super sauber und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Die einzige Kleinigkeit, die wir ein bisschen schade fanden, ist dass das obere Bad nur eine Wanne ohne Spritzschutz hat und an der Dusche unten ein Duschvorhang ist. Aber insgesamt waren wir total zufrieden und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

The holiday home is located in a very quiet area, only the access road (play street) to the other holiday homes passes by. The property around the house is generously designed, the carport is spacious and also suitable for storing bicycles. We really liked the furnishings and the layout of the holiday home. The living room is bright and friendly. It is pleasing due to its generosity, the cozy seating area, its real wood parquet flooring, and the very good stove has provided a pleasant warmth in the evenings. The kitchen is well equipped, but there are possibilities for improvement, e.g., cutlery, baking tray in the oven, dishwasher (no description of the programs). The two bedrooms and the bathroom on the upper floor are very good, with sufficient closet space and mosquito protection on the window. Only a blackout option for the dormer windows would be nice. The terrace furniture is somewhat aged and the wood needs to be renovated. The wood at the exits to the terrace is also damaged and not particularly slip-resistant. The sunshade was slightly damaged. Overall, we liked it very much and can recommend the house.

Your staff were very friendly and approachable. The booking went smoothly. The holiday home itself was very nice but sparsely furnished. What we missed: 1. Deck chairs in the garden / 2. A tray, as we had to bring everything out for meals individually / 3. Bath mats, as there were none in either bathroom. 4. Two thin wool blankets so that one could cuddle up on the sofa in the evenings. There wasn’t a single wool blanket. The refrigerator was set to 4 degrees when we arrived. We figured out how to set it higher without instructions. But even at 8 degrees, the things that were at the bottom of the refrigerator were always frozen. There was no manual for the dishwasher regarding the different programs. And in view of the really large mosquito plague (once killing more than 20 in a room at night), insect screens would be more than appropriate, at least in front of the terrace doors and each bedroom window. We then tried to sleep the next night in stuffy air, which was also not pleasant.
