Description

From the apartment “Atelierwohnung Concha” you can not only see and hear the sea, you are also just a few steps away from the beach of the Black Bush. The studio apartment is 60m² and can accommodate 4 people on the 2nd floor of an apartment house. From the living/dining area you have access to two balconies (east or north facing). From here you can enjoy the morning sun or see the Baltic Sea. One bedroom is furnished with double bed and another with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and underfloor heating.

You can rent a cot or a highchair via PAS.

Of course, this apartment has a W-LAN connection, which you can use free of charge.

Allergy friendly, as pets are not allowed as well as non-smoking apartment!!!

It is a super beautiful apartment. Perfectly located. From the apartment, you can see and hear the Baltic Sea. That is of course wonderful. It is not our main focus, but it would be nice if the windows were occasionally cleaned. A mosquito net in the bedroom would also be quite practical. But otherwise, it is an apartment to feel good in.
